Practicing gratitude on a daily has been extremely difficult over the last few years. Starting today, I’ll be forcing myself to practice. Ha ha. Forcing.
Universe, thank you for giving me the ability and skill set to cook both breakfast and dinner. Thank you for cuddles with Austin. Thank you for a brief nap. Thank you for Thanksgiving dinner with my son. And a special thanks to those of you that take the time to interact with me on this cool little app. Here’s hoping that your Thanksgiving was a blessed one. If you were alone this year for whatever reason, just know that you’re in my thoughts this evening. Day 1.
I was going to rebel against doing yet *another* Thanksgiving-related post, but I was cleaning and picked up the Cooper Union souvenir pencil, and I just got hit with all the thoughts. Yes, these past few weeks have been a cycle of horrible thoughts, to the point that I spent every single time working on this just repeating these words as reassurance, but here's for days where we can all slow down and be reminded that we're all such wretched ingrates during the other 364 days of the year. There's plenty to be thankful for
Happy Thanksgiving!! 🦃🍁🍽 Hope everyone had a day full of good food, family, and friends. I know I need a good longggggg run to recover from this day 😅 #sofull •

I’m not gonna lie: I did NOT want to leave Japan! What an amazing country- and OMG. The art stores, you guys. Put it on your bucket lists! 😍👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
This week we’re in China (yeah, only for one week) before we head to Singapore for a meetup hosted by my pals at @thehungrycreatives! You in Singapore? Comment below! 👇🏻✍🏻
It's been a long and pretty rough year. This year, be thankful for YOU, how you persevered and never gave up hope. And how you keep going. And going and going. _________________________________________
Vesuvio Bakery in SoHo. This Italian Bakery, which specialized in bread 🍞 and biscuits baked in its coal-fired ovens was in business from 1920 -2008. Even though the #storefront facade has remained largely unchanged in appearance, the business is no longer an Italian Bakery. Photo from 2004 appears in our book "Store Front: The Disappearing Face of New York". To celebrate #shopsmall for Saturday, November 25th and for Black Friday tomorrow, we are releasing 11x 14 inch signed prints of this photo for $99 with free standard shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. Please DM or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to order.
I hope everyone is having a lovely day with their loved ones 💗
This felt right to post today—art from @tinyacts 2018 calendar by my aunt @thuyhayoung , lettering by me 🧐 #tinyactsofkindness#tinyactsquotes
Today is a special day because my lovely friends @tomasdgarcia & @mariazanettiz got married! I had the privilege to be one of the witness at the wedding and also invited to create this small lettering composition. ¡Los quiero!
