speak up homie, I can’t hear you... 🤔 lol.... they’re excuses at the end of the day... they truly are. Taste? Vegan food taste even better. Expensive? About the same as what you eat now. God made animals to be eaten? Commandment also says thou shall not kill. Plants feel pain too? They don’t, they don’t have a central nervous system. You’re a predator? Nope, try chasing a chicken and bite into its neck then..... there’s many more on top of that lmao

the price of milk and it's products.
stop supporting the dairy industry.
worldwide it's a endlessly suffering business who's victims are mothers, bulls and only a few month old calves. the dairy industry is the meat industry. be the
ditch dairy today.
The idea of of breastfeeding an adult is weird, right?🤢Well isn’t the idea of an adult breastfeeding from a completely different species even weirder? How about drinking dogs milk? 🐶Yeah, that’s just gross. Just like drinking cows milk 🐄The dairy industry is just the same as the meat industry; cruel and unnatural. Make a difference and #govegan
"Stress, with its increased ratio of estrogen and cortisol to progesterone, might commonly cause the [lactase] enzyme to decrease." - Dr. Ray Peat
‘Dairy can be a controversial topic. Some will say milk and dairy are full of hormones, antibiotics and toxins; that dairy is allergenic and hard to digest. But dairy products themselves are none of these things; it’s the tampering and processing of dairy products that is the culprit of these problems. Real, unhampered, dairy products are actually very nourishing and good for the body.’ - Ann Rosen Korman
'Milk contains multiple factors that lower parathyroid hormone, and other stress-related hormones.' - Ray Peat
As part of #WorldAntibioticAwarenessWeek , we're highlighting our work with the #dairy industry. According to Dairy UK, 93% of people in the UK regularly consume fresh #milk so it’s extremely important that we help the dairy industry to keep their produce safe.
#Antibioticresistance is on the rise so it’s paramount that antibiotics given to animals do not infiltrate their produce. Too much exposure to an antibiotic can cause resistance.
Antibiotics are administered to cattle for various reasons, primarily to ensure the herd is healthy and not suffering from disease or bacterial infection such as mastitis, metritis or respiratory infections, however, antibiotics can be used too often and go beyond acceptable levels.
To help protect the global #dairyindustry and help dairy processors control their use of antibiotics Randox Food Diagnostics have developed the Infiniplex for Milk Array. The world’s first screening technology that ensures dairy processors are compliant with 98% of EU regulations from a single milk sample.

meat is abuse.
milk and it's by- products is abuse.
eggs are abuse.
fishing is abuse.
leather, fur, wool, silk, down is abuse.
testing on animals is abuse.
exploiting animals in any way is abuse. . .
please go vegan for them.
animals suffer daily. whether you admit it or not. there is a reason why the killing is not a part of food advertisement. there is a reason why you can see on the tv or bilboards showing you people picking strawberries or apples, but you don't see the kill floor of a slaughterhouse, calves taken from their mums, rape racks, skinning alive, chemicals put to gentle eyes, throats being slit or animals being abused by workers. .
if you can't stand watching the atrocities, you should not pay others to do the "work", to kill the animals that are then used as products. simple as that. either you open your eyes finally to the systematic brainwashing or you stay ignorant towards violence. please choose compassion. choose love. choose to be vegan.
may be “extreme for some”
female cows are forcibly impregnated to become pregnant and produce milk for their young, at birth the calf is separated from the mother and given supplements whilst us humans get the milk, not only is this a distressing process for both the mother and the young but, the mother will have to go through this for years and years until she becomes ill or unable to physically have more children and is sent to slaughter.
Not only does buying milk condone and allow torture but.. milk contains pus and is naturally used in the wild to double the size of calves within short periods of time. 💚✌🏼 #vegan#veganart#vegandrawing#dairy#dairyindustry#illustration#cow#animals#peace#worldpeace#loveanimals#hippy#vegangirl#tumblr
Got cancer? Cancer is a huge epidemic in dairy consuming counties for a reason. Reading The China Study was so shocking. Everyone should read it. 📖 There are so many reasons not to drink milk. One good reason: it kills you. It is sick how corrupt the dairy industry is and how they control the food pyramid. It's what we give our children. It's so wrong. .

You can cleary see pain and fear in this animal's eyes. To maintain uninterrupted milk production, cows are forced year to go through an endless cycle of pregnancy and birth, and then they have to go through seperation once they have their baby. After birth the calves are immediately taken away from their mothers. Its so traumatizing for the cow to be seperated from her child. Cows and calves cry out for each other as they are separated. Then the calve is turned into veal or if its a female then it goes through the same process as her mother did. Any mother would feel pain and sadness if her child would be taken away from her. Why do we treat these animals differently then? For years we have been lied to, and we were convinced that the cow's milk we drink is healthy. I stopped drinking dairy milk ages ago and never in my life i have broken a bone. Cow's milk is filled with hormones such as estrogens, responsible for the growth of a baby cow. The purpose of cows milk is to turn a 65-pound calf into a 700 pound cow as quick as possible. So why are we giving this milk to children? It is proven that milk can cause more acne, cause you to gain more weight. Also humans dont actually need milk. Its mainly for babies.
Instead of drinking dairy milk switch to coconut, rice, almond, oat, hemp milk. The possibilities are endless. Its so much healthier. Look up the dairy industry online. Its such an eye opener. Im only trying to help. But please look into how the dairy indsutry works and why dairy milk isnt for humans to consume. Peace out my loves💚
Nothing has made a bigger difference in my life than stopping consuming dairy. This is the most cruel, unnecessary & archaic practice! The animals still die, They are just put through hell first. Also, you have to wonder about the psychological effect on the men who repeatedly shove their arm up a cows behind & pit a metal rod in her vagina. Could this help explain why some ‘good-old farmers’ often use ‘cow’ & ‘pig’ as derogatory terms for women? Break the ‘good old-boys club’. Stand up for the bond between mother & child! your daily choices and actions fill slaughterhouses, factory farming places with screams and tremendous pain. eating flesh, eggs, dairy products, wearing their skin, using them for testing and entertainment - it's all violence. violence these gentle souls have to endure right now as you are readings these lines. .
animals have the right to live their life free of exploitation. they have the right to be treated with love, respect and justice. they are not property, THEY ARE SOMEONE. see through their eyes. don't shut your mind, heart and most of all your empathy and compassion to the suffering of these innocent beings. leave them off your life. please choose vegan.

A group of approximately 15 #motorcycle#riders will be roaring into #Cohuna on Thursday 16th November as part of the “Ride4Life - Extra Dollop Tour”. The riders started their 2100km trek from #Shepparton to #Mildura on Sunday with a focus on #mentalhealth matters, travelling through many dairy areas to show support to #dairyfarmers , the #dairyindustry and towns that rely on dairying for their #economy .
The riders will spend Thursday night in Cohuna at the Caravan Park, with local community group The Bunyips with support from #NDCH providing a #BBQ tea. People are invited to come along for a snag and salad to have a chat and show their support to the intrepid riders who will be only too happy to show you their bikes and have a chat about their experiences and the issues we are all facing.
The riders will arrive in Cohuna approximately 6pm, so just bring yourself and a chair. Hope to see you there!

Just because someone has a qualification, doesn’t mean everything they say is correct 🤭 We need to be doing our own research about our health and not simply relying on what other people tell us. And we should always be check if what people tell us regarding health and our diet is backed up by research and science 📉📰🗂
Many nutritionists and doctors have become cheerleaders for the dairy industry. 🤸🏼♀️ Promoting milk, yogurt and cheese as important parts of our diets. But there are so many studies suggesting dairy contributes to an increased risk of acne, premature puberty, hypertension, cardiovascular disease prostate cancer, to name only a few. 🙅♀️
An article came out earlier this year called “Milk and dairy consumption and risk of cardiovascular diseases and all-cause mortality: dose–response meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies”. It concluded that dairy consumption was not associated with cardiovascular disease and may even be protective. Dairy lovers went crazy. Dairy haters went crazy. 🤭 Take a little scroll all the way down, past the conclusion, and we see that this study was “partly funded by an unrestricted grant from the Global Dairy Platform, Dairy Research Institute and Dairy Australia”. Hm vested interest much? 🤔
And we see this over and over again. Studies that promote dairy as healthy are funded by all the huge Dairy corporations that stand to gain huge profits or losses depending on the outcome of the study. Whereas studies that promote whole food plant based diets and decreasing the consumption of meat, eggs and dairy are independently funded. 💰
That’s all for now #ditchdairy
