Every Day is a Training Day!
Yes it is!
But I present you with this question; Just what is it that you're TRAINING for?
Are you Training to be Lesser, Better or remain the same?
My guess is for everyone that's responded, the immediate answer is, "Of course, I'm Training to be Better!" And my hope is that that is the absolute truth.
Yet, I'll continue my line of questioning.
Are you Training Everyday to Hit The Ground Running with Energy & Enthusiasm?
OR... Do you Hit the Snooze Button a couple of times so you can Ease into the day?
Are you Exercising & Making your Body Move Every Day?
OR... are you Choosing, once again Today, to just wish and talk about how much weight you want to lose?
Are you Making an EFFORT Every Day to Praise and Support your spouse or your children?
OR... Are you assuming "They Know" without you saying so or expressing it?
Are you seeking New Information and pursuing an "Expert Status" Every Day on the topics of your Career Choice or Personal Interest ?
Or... Are you content with simply showing up, putting the time in for The Day and then punching out? Just to do it all over the next day.
Know this... Whatever we do Repeatedly, We are TRAINING Ourselves to do more of that Thing!
Someone once said to me, " If nothing changes - NOTHING CHANGES!" If you want to be BETTER," then make EVERY DAY a TRAINING DAY that moves you in the Direction of Your Desires!
