I also had the privilege of going to the old stompin grounds & having spotters today so I had to hop in on a few sets. Not too bad, but I know I got more in the tank. 😤 Ended up doing a whole workout with @adrianthefitkid. S/O @ejames3713153 & @j_hybrid_ for gettin in too!!! I’ma have to come back soon. PSA: please do NOT be mislead by imitators. Nearly every "cauliflower crust" I have seen in supermarkets is a fraud. By this, I mean that cauliflower is not the main ingredient; in many cases, not even in the top three. Often times, the main ingredient is corn, rice, or some other grain, dramatically increasing the carbohydrate count, lowering the fiber count, decreasing many valuable vitamins and minerals, and increasing the calories by a minimum of four times.
Please either make the cauliflower crust yourself or save your time and energy, and purchase the delicious crusts from @califlourfoods, especially this vegan one pictured above. Delicious and healthy (gluten-free as well) alternative to traditional pizza crusts and the knock-off cauliflower pizza crusts often seen in the supermarket.
You can build the body you want..yes that is possible. However the best thing about this fitness transformation is the way you transform yourself within. 😂😂 I don’t like traditional(steady state) forms of cardio so I find other ways to get it in like plyometrics, playing basketball, swimming and h.i.i.t. What about y’all? How many of you hate doing cardio??

next time you want to switch up your bicep routine then give these a try. Static bicep curls increases strength in the bicep and forearms. It also helps with muscular endurance in these areas.
Static bicep curls- 4 sets 10 reps
Hold one arm with dumbbell at 90-degree angle. With the opposite arm, curl the dumbbell to your shoulder then slowly lower the weight back to your side. Do 5 reps of 1 arm while the other is static then switch arms and do 5 reps as well. Repeat the process until you get to 10 reps and take a 45 second break.
