Я экспериментировала с ингредиентами и у меня вышел рецепт вкуснейшего не сухого! кекса. И кстати, в составе кленовый сироп 👍🏻Кекс влажный по своей консистенции (не липкий), как будто с пропиткой. При этом не отсыревший из за ягоды. И сразу совет❗️Никогда не добавляйте в выпечку размороженную ягоду! Ягода должна быть или свежая или замороженная (твёрдая). Are you a morning or evening person when it comes to creativity?
Although I've never had problems with mornings (once I'm awake of course), don't need coffee or anything to start with my day. There's only one tiny window though, the moment just after I have woke up when my creativity may strike. After that, when the day is in its peak, everything seems way to hectic and my thoughts are all over the place. I find that evenings are more calm, more organised and it is then when my ideas start flowing. I start writing them down and somehow everything seems possible and doable. All the insecurity and vulnerability that creative jobs bring seem to disappear in these moments between reality and dreams. And I start talking to myself why,sometimes, I can't keep these thoughts for the next day and be that confident and positive. More often than not, it all seems like a giant roller-coaster and I wonder if I'm the only one that feels that way?! #foodforthought ?

Here's another of our gluten free vegan refined sugar free buttercream succulent cakes. This one is a spiced cocoa and apple cake, filled with spiced apple cider ganache, crushed caramelised hazelnuts and smothered in a spiced cocoa buttercream.
Our refined sugar free vegan buttercream has evolved over the course of this year, last year we trained with @ivenoven and we wanted to recreate a buttercream that was just as delicious and inclusive, and we're pretty sure that this is our best vegan buttercream yet

Thanksgiving Day is almost here. It seemed like yesterday we were still wearing shorts and now Christmas is a little more than a month away! Every year I make a Classic Pumpkin Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream, but this year I found a great recipe for Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream. It tastes EXACTLY like Pumpkin Pie but in a frozen, scoopable form. Even if you don’t like Pumpkin Pie, there’s a good chance you’ll like this. This recipe requires an ice cream machine, which makes the best ice cream, in my opinion, than a no churn version. •
Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream •
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Pumpkin purée •
In a medium saucepan, gently heat the cream, milk, sugar, spices and salt over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and bubbles form around the edge of the pan. Stir the warm cream mixture and vanilla into the pumpkin purée. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve so the mixture will be smooth. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold. Churn in an electric ice cream machine according to manufacturers instructions. The jury is still out on an age-old debate and one that is unlikely to be solved any time soon: what to call those miniature cakes - muffins or cupcakes? And what are the factors that distinguish them? Some put it down to the amount of sugar that goes in the recipe, with muffins being on the healthier side of the scale. Yet others distinguish cupcakes from muffins by the presence of a flavoured frosting on top of the former. Whatever you call them, the convenience of the palm-sized cakes surely makes them a favourite with many. Perhaps because they can be eaten on-the-go and unlike the good ol' cake their single-serving allows for tasting different flavours which comes in so handy when you're aiming to satisfy the varying preferences of a crowd. ----------------------

I just had to photograph this “redlove” apples. There are pink inside, really beautiful. Did you know that you can use contrasting colors while photograph food? Sometimes I forget it (my brains are not the old one after three kids) so I printed the color wheel and hung it at the wall in my studio.
Not everything went today according to the plan , I definitely didn't expect my microwave got on fire ...no worries, no injuries , just one dead microwave 😊 who knew that heating up the cup of coffee could be dangerous.
Italian Breakfast cake with a lot of chocolate , maple wine poached pears and spicy pear caramel. Unbelievably delicious , very rich , flavorful and yes , it's free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar.

We think everyday of the week calls for celebration. Every moment we get to be alive should be celebrated with incredible fervor. Even so... Friday's have a little something special about them. Something exciting, comforting with a resounding sense of Freedom. Even when you don't work a traditional work week it still remains the last weekday and thus we put on our dancing shoes before we enter the kitchen! I love this special Friday mornings, then I baking last cakes for the market , we having lovely breakfast with a lot of coffee , reading newspapers...my work almost done ...I love this feeling
