A garden resto that serves fresh from its own backyard. 🍃
Now who’s up for some food review? 🙋🏽🙋🏽♂️ Wynward Garden Bistro is located at the back of Abreeza Mall. Send me a DM for the instructions on how to go to this hidden garden resto.📍 🔗 FOOD - Everything is basically organic. Almost every order comes with a salad. 🥗 Healthy food has never been this delicious, I swear!
🔗 BABY BACK RIBS P350 - We tried their Best-seller for the day. It’s a bit off the menu since what they really have are Chicken, Beef, Vegetables and other healthy dishes. The ribs was not on their menu, actually, but it was their best-seller for the day so we knew we had to try it. It comes with black rice and fresh salad with vinegrette.
🔗 Fisherman’s Chowder P225 - SPELL D.E.L.I.C.I.O.US. This soup is the bomb! It’s a stewed creamy tomato soup with clams, mussels, shrimps and squid. 🔗 GUYABANO CUCUMBER MINT SMOOTHIE P65 - I’m not really a fan of Guyabano plus I’m also not into Cucumber shakes or smoothies so this wasn’t a hit for me. But the mint aftertaste was good, I must admit. 😅
🔗 BLUE TERNATE CALAMANSI P45 - It tastes like freshly squeezed calamansi with water. For calamansi lovers like me, you’d love this. Note that it has a fresh calamansi taste - no sugar or honey added. 😉 👅 If you want to eat healthy or if you’re on a healthy diet program, this place is ideal for you. 👅
#LearnHealth Should You Be Eating Like The Cavemen?
If you try the Paleo diet, says Cordain, you'll likely increase your protein and fat consumption, while modestly lowering your carb intake. But since the carbs you do eat will come largely from fruits and veggies, you'll be swimming in healthful micronutrients. The protein will come from lean meats with low levels of saturated fats, and from fish with high levels of healthful omega-3 fats. You'll get more healthy, monounsaturated fats from canola oil, walnut oil, and olive oil. These fats won't raise your heart-attack risk; in fact, they'll probably lower it.
