Day 4: Today was tough... I went back to work after our 2 snow days and struggled with feeling hungry for much of the day. Partly because I forgot to make breakfast... which is entirely my fault. And partly because I supposed that’s just a part of the journey. I was still successful in remaining compliant and sticking to my plan. .
Tomorrow is a new day, and I can only do, what I can do. .
I’m sure he was just making sure my form was good... 😒😂 this was by far the hardest move for me today 😵 but today’s workout was AAA 👉🏻 arms, abs, and ass and this move worked it ALL!!! 🤘🏻 but I’m feeling super strong and better than i have in WEEKS!! 🤜🏻🤛🏻 Plus one of my ladies said she’s already lost 4lbs with these workouts & meal plan 😳👏🏻 results keep me so motivated!! And never too late to join us!! 👯♀️

Ok but really it’s my favorite day so far because we have used both the bands and the sliders (and weights) for the workout. I’m amazed at how much that one simple addition can completely change the move and make it more difficult!
I’m feeling good, adjusting to the timed nutrition, and finding my new normal with a routine. I used to run from change. Now, I welcome it with open arms because I know growth and change go hand in hand. It’s almost Friday 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 #day4
Day 4/80 AAA. Man oh man I wasn't happy with yesterday's workout so I made sure to really push myself today and burned even more calories than on cardio day and just feel sooo good and proud of myself for sticking with it even when it was hard. Autumn is so good about giving me a pep talk at all the right times, reminding me why I'm doing this and that the only person who can do it is ME! 💪❤️
#Day4 In today's lesson I learned that when manifesting money the Universe appreciates clarity. Best way to achieve this is to sit down one a month and set the intention of how much you want to make for the month ahead. Don't think about the how just align yourself with the #RichBabe you want to be. Also to have fun manifesting because it will allow you to become on the same frequency as the things you desire. Weights, sliders and bands... oh my!!! I decided to pick my favorite move from today’s workout which of course involved a good shoulder, arm and core burn.
Was looking through some old videos from when I was doing Core de Force and man I have lost my shoulder strength. 4 days in and I can already tell...This program is my JAM! I am obsessed.
