The topic for today’s podcast comes from one of our listeners and it’s all about having imposter syndrome. Many people let a fear of failure hold them back and they don’t give themselves enough credit for what they do have to offer. You don’t have to be an expert to be successful as a virtual assistant. Let’s talk about why the skills and experience you already have are good enough to start building a VA business. - Podcast: The Business of Being A Virtual Assistant (link in bio 👆🏾to watch, read, or listen)
Office of the day // Who does juice in the morning? I feel like my Starbucks habit is getting out of hand, so I've opted for a Ruby Green juice. While it's not the tastiest thing I've had, it's not not tasty either, so I've set a challenge to myself to swap out Starbucks for juice for the next two weeks ... let's see how long this lasts ... 🍏🍊🥒🥕🍋
I asked in my instastory, "What are you going to let God journey with you through this week?" || the subject of perseverance has chased me to build character, recognize my sins, repent & live differently. Okay!! Got it, Lord-can we move on now?! 😂 || reality is- we don't get to decide when our journey is over. Lol. I wish I could though! But Abba is patient in His practice to our perfection until Jesus comes back so we'll be made over and over again until then. || I had the sweetest devotion this morning that encouraged me so deeply to accept what's in the now & to accept that---we are called to-Patience. Oooo, I know you love it? Don't you?! 😂 well, I'm not exactly a fan but I choose to love what He loves and submit to it. || "Patience is the Lord's call for our character to not merely engage in passive endurance but in active perseverance." || So while I may be ready to move on, I'm actually being called to Selah in my perseverance. Mm mm mm. In September, I was asked to speak on Perseverance thinking it was for the seasons past, but in actuality it was for what was ahead. I can't dodge what's ordained for my growth and I want to encourage you to not dodge and duck either. Let's do this together, shall we? I'm journeying with you.
Another kind of #woodworking today at work - a tree needed to come out and this was how I tackled all the larger pieces to set up for next year’s camping fire wood :) It’s a whole lot easier and safer than a chainsaw, as long as the pieces are thin enough! You can see me busting out the ancient @ryobipowertools recip on a few pieces to finish the cut, but otherwise, this lot is ready to store!

A few days ago...I did a post about #abuse ,and I toke down the post because , I received so many ungle messages pertaining to the post.
1: I was not using the Hollywood sexual scandal as a window.
2: I was talking to someone dear to me on the phone,which make me create the post.
3: the post was about abuse on the work place.
If you have a business or intend to open one. You need to be aware of ,that;
In USA ...80% of the abuse commited by
Employer to their Employee's are legal !!!
That is a shameful situation and unacceptable!! You get paid but you still being treated as a slave...
But make no mistake, business still can get sued on the 20% window of work abuse practice.
So as a businesswoman, yes I need to talk about abuse on workplace.
Because as a young business woman, I need a place, where people are happy working, happy people happy business happy human.
Is unacceptable ...unacceptable that people has a window to abuse someone at the workplace on the time that we live today!
