Driving home from Kansas last night was relaxing. This song came on and it made me think of yoga. —
Clients are often intimidated by yoga but they shouldn’t be. Yoga is a way to focus on yourself without an agenda. It allows you to reflect on nothing in particular and strengthens your body while connecting it to your mind. —
Don’t be self conscious, be conscious of yourself.
Traveling sure takes it outta me. I wanted to take the day off but I knew I could get through a 30 minute program of yoga. —
I feel more relaxed and stretched out. If you feel like blowing off your workout, remember how strong you are. It’s rarely our bodies that give in, it’s our minds. —
Exercise your mind and you’re body will follow. Work on your mindset before you give up. 🙏🏼💜
