Sorry for rubbish photo but camera ran out of memory just after this first pic. Bicep and tricep workout today and it was the best one yet 👌🏻. Took a new level of intensity with this workout leading to the best arm pump I've ever had. Warmed up with seated unilateral (10kg) alternating curls superset with overhead tricep extension been careful of my painful elbow. Then went onto the first working sets of seated unilateral concentration curls with 10kg to absolute failure both arms (bringing max intensity) this was superset with heavy (35kg) barbell curls to failure again, tried to keep the weight moving giving me minimum rest at the bottom of each rep, this was then superset with lighter barbell forearm curls for 10-12 rep. After this bicep triset, I went into triceps but due to my bad elbow the only exercise that didn't pain me was tricep pushdowns and so I stuck to that doing a weight of 35 and then 40kg for reps of 8-12 keeping form as good as possible. Total of about 10 sets of this bicep and tricep supersetting business. After this I went into unilateral spider curls keeping my max intensity with (10kg) superset with heavier (45kg) tricep pushdowns 6-8 rep, for about 3 sets. Then I tried a new bicep variation (shown in pic) where I use my other arm to act as a support for my elbow pushing it forward allowing the curl to concentrate more on the bicep (same as what the arm blaster does) superset with lighter (35kg) tricep pushdowns. I really wish I got a better pic as it made the pump look great. Finished off with 3 sets of tricep pushdowns superset with cable curls to failure back and forth non-stop. Okaaayyyy okay okay!!! So this is my 5 month body transformation ! In the picture on the left I'm 5'11 225lbs ,eating what ever the hell I wanted just legit let myself go and training about once a week. My diet was Thai food from Friday to Sunday and during the week I was eating pizza's , pot luck lunch from work , drinking soda and ice tea from restaurants (loaded with sugar) I never cooked NEVER COOKED all I had was takeout. So boom! I went to use the bathroom at work and you see the face I'm making right ? Lol I was like wtf something has to change. The picture on the right I'm 190 lbs , it feels like I got taller but I didn't lol I changed my diet to eating meat 3 days a week and the rest of the week veggies. I slowly cut off meat for 2 months just eating it once a week . For the last 3 month ate nothing but seafood , pasta, and a steak maybe 3 times a month .I cut all sodas and tea's . Oh and I was in the steam room 2 times a day for 20 minutes. I was training 3-4 days a week 3-4 hours a day #deadass lol what motivated this change is my passion for martial arts and me really going towards going pro.
