Mealey Marine pro @toddcastledine getting ready for the @flwfishing tour! Good luck this year!
Breaking in the mercury today before heading to Okeechobee. Stopped to check my new mega imaging, won't be seeing any of this in Florida.
Arctic char is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This nutrient is very important for brain development of young kids, which makes it a must have in diet regime during pregnancy.
This fish species was given the name after its native land, which is the northern hemisphere of the world, Arctic Circle zone. Arctic char fish come in both salt water and fresh water species. They stay hustled up in gravel bottoms till they are 6-7inches long in size. Eating Arctic char helps in regulating blood pressure, helps in preventing cardio-vascular diseases, helps in reducing blood clot formation, and reduces plaque formation in arteries. It is also assumed, but not yet been reported of, that consumption of this fish can reduce cancer risks.
Ahhh reminiscing and looking back. That hot sunshine sure looks 👍🏻. Have any of you realized these crazy fears you have and ever wondered why you haven’t faced them??#throwbackthursday to 4 years ago when I went deep sea fishing. My first and only time. It was on this trip that I think I realized my biggest fear. I consider myself pretty fearless, some may say I’m too risky or dangerous sometimes but when it comes to the big blue open water... ( not the beach, or close to shore.. I love that) I have met my match. When I was on that boat that day I was told to pee I needed to jump in the ocean 😟 “ ummm... what’s that you say?” 🤭 and that’s when I felt it.... that bubble gut, shit your pants, make up stories in your head of the most giant animals ever seen on earth swimming below and coming up to greet you just as you enter the water... 😳. I was such a scared ass baby and I hated it but felt I couldn’t help it. I even went kayaking one year in Hawaii with dolphins🐬... such a bad ass experience but I sensed the fear then too embarrassed to say anything.. “ nikki... stick your head in and look at all of them underneath us”. UMMMMM NOPE! I’m good. I hate that I missed that view such beauty and splendor with dolphins all Bc I was scared. NO MORE.... knowing this about myself I am determined to learn how to scuba dive and face my fear and it is something I WILL do! I challenge all of you to overcome fear everyday and that big guy... that big fear- you know the one.... FACE IT!! 💪🏻 #fearless#fearlessgirl#facefear#snapper#fishing#fishingtrip
