這陣子真的好累
每天平日眼睛一睜開  就是工作直到睡覺才是結束工作
幾乎每天都加滿三小時,加完班回去休息一下又繼續看資料整理到12點多
甚至連假日心裡面都會一直想著工作事情
精神上都不能好好的休息
這週還為了工作加班犧牲跟女友約會時間
現在連運動的時間都快沒了,練了四年五年的肌肉真怕毀於這陣子

生涯第一個機種就面對最龜毛的客戶,且對方擔當又是出了名的 G8 連他本人都說他自己很G8...
好多設計資料要做,沒人可以帶著我做只能自己去面對客戶檢討,這陣子迫使自己學會了很多,但對機構設計還是遠遠不足的...
一份好的報告,每一頁可以讓外行人10秒看懂你想表達的,這才是成功的報告
做報告真的是門學問
有時只放圖沒說明,客戶說我看不到那個點
有時寫很多很詳細,又被指摘寫太多 漏漏長
自己給自己很大壓力,希望自己事情可以處理好但不懂的又很多,時間又很緊迫的要交資料要報告
反正明天要再YAMAHA待一整天修報告了...
希望這樣的日子趕快再DR完就結束  累...

I have two videos from last nights Shoulder session don’t forget to look at both‼️I superset everything last night and had an awesome pump by the end of my lift can’t wait to get after it tonight switching back to my traditional split tonight so I got some back and biceps after work💪🏽🏋🏽‍♂️

Workout 1: Army Press, Superset with Front Raises 
Muscle Group: Anterior(Front) Delts(Shoulder)

Workour 2: Lateral Raises, Superset with Bicep Curls 
Muscle Group: Medial Delt(Middle Shoulder head) and Biceps

Been lifting heavier lately those lateral Raises were with 25 lbs dumbbells, the curls were with 50lbs, the front raises were with a 50lb barbell and the Army Press was 135 lbs. all for 3 sets x 10 reps besides the curls I did reps.. chasing those boulder shoulders 😝

Lately I have really been going harder on my weak days so I can catch my weak body parts up w the strong ones and I’m starting to see a difference💪🏽 this is gonna be my year and I’m enjoying the process. Stay tuned more content otw🤙🏽

سنقوم اليوم بشرح واحد من أقدم التمارين لعضلة الكتف في رياضة كمال الاجسام, حيث لا يحتاج لأجهزة في ادائه وهو تمرين الدفع البار الامامي اثناء الجلوس "Seated Front Barbell Shoulder Press", ولكن قبل انا نبدا بالشرح.. سنقوم بتذكرة سريعة عن أجزاء أو رؤوس عضلة الكتف الثلاث: ▪️ تنقسم عضلة الكتف الي ثلاثة أجزاء او رؤوس وهم:

Anterior Deltoid الجزء الامامي
Lateral Deltoid الجزء الجانبي او الخارجي
Posterior Deltoid الجزء الخلفي

يؤثر تمرين الدفع البار الامامي اثناء الجلوس "Seated Front Barbell Shoulder Press" علي الاجزاء الثلاثة للكتف ولكن يزيد التركيز علي العضلية الجانبية والعضلة الامامية للكتف, بالاضافة الي تدخل عضلة التاريسيبس وجزء من عضلة الصدر العلوية كعضلات مساعدة ثانوية في هذا التمرين. 🔲 طريقة اداء تمرين الدفع الجانبي للكتف بالدمبلز اثناء الجلوس:

1. قم بالامساك بالبار علي ان تكون قبضتي يديك موجهة للامام وفي مستوي الرأس, ويكون وضع البار اسفل ذقنك, حيث يشكل الكوع زاوية اقل من الزاوية القائمة.
2. ادفع البار لأعلي حتي تصل للاستقامة الطبيعية للذراع.
3. قم بالنزول تدريجيا بالدامبلز حتي تصل لنفس نقطة البدء, وكرر الخطوات السابقة حسب عدد التكرارات التي تريدها. 💡ملحوظة: ▪️كلما كانت القبضتين ضيقتين: كلما زاد التركيز علي الجزء الامامي من عضلة الكتف وايضا الجزء العلوي من عضلة الصدر. ▪️كلما كانت القبضتين واسعتين:  كلما زاد التركيز علي الجزء الجانبي والامامي من عضلة الكتف.  #bodybuilding #fitness #muscles #shoulder #deltoids #كمال_الاجسام #العضلات #عضلة_الكتف

In my opinion, THE most neglected muscle group in boxing is the shoulder (deltoid and rotator cuff)

All the power generated through your legs and core has to be transferred through your arm into your opponent... via the shoulder!
.
Neglecting these muscles in training often leads to less power, early fatigue, and injury (commonly rotator cuff tears).

Don’t ignore the shoulders, but ignore the hulk looking mf above!

Today's variation exercise is about dumbbells reverse fly, cable reverse fly. 
Advance level exercise, needs a lot of mind-muscle connection (MMC)for the exercise to hit the targeted muscle "posterior deltoids" one of the most ignored muscles. 
Looks really cool, isn't it! But works best only when done properly by killing the delts. A little disturbance in the alignment(of joints) and engagement(of muscles) you end up working some other muscle group.

So LA gave me wings and all that other cliché stuff, and I wanted to say thank you. Learning to be brave started with my parents and the many teachers I had the blessing of being taught by, but LA finalized it. Being able to move so far with nobody waiting at my destination for me, not even a proper university, and doing so successfully, I started to feel like I could do anything. Now I'm traveling the world by myself; making friends, making plans, and creating my own path. It took a long time to realize it, but I'm rather lucky to be who I am and to have these opportunities in front of me. The bullying and not fitting in while I was growing up, it pushed me. In every adversity there is a lesson or reason, and mine was to make sure I was never comfortable. It made me strive for something different, not better or worse, just different. It made me strive for LA. Finding myself in that city, I found the courage to forge my own path in life. It might not be a normal one, but then again, when have I ever been normal? Now that I'm settling in to a new place yet again, I just wanted to send my thank you's to the greatest city on Earth, to the city of angels ❤ I'll be back one day

A little tip to target the front head of the shoulder by bringing your elbows in! YOU WILL FEEL THIS!  Start off light to get the angle and form down! Remember, it’s not how much you lift, IT’S HOW WELL YOU LIFT IT! Form first ALWAYS, then you can go heavier!

* * I M P R O V I S A T I O N * * • There is a belief that there is a set way of training. But tbf there really isn't. • I believe that you can train anyway you like as long as it's giving you the result you are looking for. So if I want to single arm shrug on a flat bench machine and it works out myl shoulders / traps the same way alternate exercises do then I will. • Being able to improvise when all the equipment you need is taken is key for 1. Not wasting time and 2. Adding in some fun and adventure to a session. • So about this single arm shrug. Well I hate using dumbbells. ALL the bars were occupied and the Smith machine. The barbells aren't heavy enough. The hex bar is too wide. The flat chest machine was too wide for normal shrugs so here I was left to do this craziness.

I’m going to take a deload/rest week every time I finish a cycle of @maxhypetraining to ensure my body is recovering properly. Injury. (I was filming for my a level PE, I'm the guy making the tackle) Bit annoying really, picked up a bit of a 'knock' this morning playing rugby and turned out after being to the hospital, I had dislocated my shoulder but managed to accidentally relocate it when trying to push myself back off the floor. I've got a sling now and waiting for a call back Tomorrow to see if I need any follow up treatment which I doubt I'll need. They said the ligaments and tendons around the joint are a lot stronger than they would expect as I still have some mobility there which is pleasing to hear. hopefully once the mobility is back I'll be back to training...but for now legs n cardio are going to have to do 🙄💪🏼

Расскажу все, так сказать, от первого лица. Как известно, гинекомастия - это увеличение, уплотнение молочных желёз (что в нашем спорте даёт косметический дефект. В любом случае, для организма - это далеко не норма, но сейчас о бодибилдинге) возникает, в основном, в период полового созревания у парней (рассматриваем только так).
Длительное существование гинекомастии представляет риск в развитии злокачественной опухоли молочной железы☝🏻
И меня коснулся этот недуг... МОИ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ - 
не доводите до такого!!!! Часто слышу «А фигня! У меня выскочит гино, вырежу, и все будет путём!» Но нет, друзья, это не фигня ! 
Во первых, хирургическое вмешательство в организм - это не есть хорошо. Ко всему, у вас убирают железу из организма полностью! Это НЕ НОРМАЛЬНО!!!
Во вторых,
Не везде найдёте хорошего хирурга, да и не везде, если честно, возьмутся эту операцию делать! А нам необходимо сохранить "товарный вид"😂. Мне повезло, попался хороший врач. Все шрамы затянулись, их даже не видно).
Все знают от чего появляется "ЗЛО ГИНО"! Личный опыт - не вычитал, не услышал, получил неприятный результат. Контролируйте всегда анализы и следите за качеством того, что кушаете ! 
Нахождение в больнице выбивает из колеи. Операцию делают под местным наркозом, реабилитация проходит без тренировок и, тем более, без нагрузки на грудь ещё долгое время.
Было не комфортно носить вещи в обтяг, торчали сосочки, плюс, при нажатии выделялась жидкость. 
Берегите себя и контролируйте анализы, раз уж встали на этот путь! 
P.s я сделал это все ради своей цели , ради этого спорта, так как люблю его и у меня не было выбора , да, не следил, не словил. Но мне пришлось пойти на этот шаг . Все было осознано.
