Had a truly incredible evening @demuthscookeryschool last night improving my knife skills! I feel like my awareness of how I hold a knife, and how to use one has improved hugely! Highlights included skinning a tomato 🍅 and learning to dice an onion and spare yourself from tears! Oh and eating everything at the end the Soup au Pistou was simply delicious and really showcased our chopping, and then the stir fry shows off our juilenne skills, and vegan gluten free frittata was a huge added bonus and I will be making another one very very soon! The teachers were professional, hugely helpful and encouraging. If anyone was on the fence about doing a course at Demuths go for it!
