The triceps muscle is composed of three muscles and these need to be trained in a very specific way.
The triceps can be worked through either isolation or compound elbow extension movements and can contract statically to keep the arm straightened against resistance.
Isolation movements during triceps extensions and arm extensions behind the back. Examples of compound elbow extension include pressing movements like the push up, bench press, close grip bench press (flat, incline or decline), military press and dips. A closer grip targets the triceps more than wider grip movements.

I focus a lot of the privacy and comfort of our clients so that they are focused when it comes time to train. To me, the presentation of a business is important that's why I focus so much on keeping everything organized. Everything should look like a piece of art!
When it comes to back training many people fall short on this large muscle group for many different reasons. The first being that you can't see your back when training it, which makes it harder to achieve that "mind muscle connection."
What I mean by this concept is that when training the back you should start your workout focusing on the upper portion of your back (trapezius & latissimus dorsi), then moving on to the lower part of your back.

Working out has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. Instead of going to the park to play I would go to the gym. Today my office is a gym, that's my advantage, I never feel like I'm working. My work is enjoyable and I have fun everyday. I loved playing with Legos as a kid because I could create different toys, now I have a TX-1 which is like Legos but for adults!
The shoulder is one of the largest and most complex joints in the body. Developing them should be a high priority in your training for sure, but you should also strive to build strength and stability into all the shoulder muscles, and the joint as a whole.
I recommend doing 3 flexible workouts before training your shoulders, and then combining 4 strength and mobility workouts.
