Don’t think you do it alone? People always talk about how judo and jiu jitsu are individual sports but they need a team to train with. If you want to be a champion you have to walk with champions! I can normally tell how serious someone is because of crowd they travel with along with the words they use! If you want to know how to be a millionaire hangout with millionaires. If you want to be a champion walk with champions! There is a different atmosphere in a room when you have people with common goals training together and working together to accomplish the same thing. When someone truly want to be a champion they can easily be dragged down by being out numbered in a training room by people who just want to be average. A lot of Judo players lose key development years due to this. Having the talent and the drive but not enough people around them walking the same path. Make sure you never walk the path alone just make sure you lead the pack. .
When people start broadcasting what they’re going to do and how they’re going to do it, it’s usually a sign they’re still trying to convince themselves. If you already know, you don’t have to talk about it. #Relentless

Fitness is never a straight and narrow road, it's filled with many obstacles. Whether it's waking up early to train, or late nights, it's setting aside time for family and your own personal fitness goals, it's about meal preparation or simply just chosing healthier options. It's about pushing harder when your body says give up.
It requires daily work, there will be times when you feel demotivated, when your body won't respond as it was before or you have hit a plateau. However when you finally achieve your goal, you start setting more goals.. You start represent a fitness journey and fitness lifestyle, you start motivating others without even knowing it!!
