✅공복은 아닙니다만..쿨럭~😄
씨리얼먹고 커피한잔하고 기록한거예영.
전 요즘 완벽한 #일반식 으로 식사를합니다.
2주정도 됐구요~~
✔이유는 키토식하면서 치솟은 콜레스테롤 수치와, 췌장수치가 일반식을하면 돌아오는지 확인해보고 싶었고,
✔일반식을하면 진짜 체중이 오르는지 궁금했어요😅

아무래도 마.음.먹.고. 일반식을 하다보니
탄수화물도 과하게..달달이도 과하게 먹었어요😅
이사도하고 큼직큼직한일이 있어서 처음엔
몸이 너무힘들고 엄청 부었어요...?
많이 먹기도했고🤣🤣
55,56키로까지 갔는데 그래도 그냥 그정도는 감수하고 일반식을 감행했습니다.
그렇다고 엄청 돼지같이 먹어대진 않았어요🤗
일주일은 체중이 늘었고, 
이주째되니까 서서히 체중이 줄면서 
붓기도 서서히 빠졌어요.(😥)
결국 매일매일 체중이 줄면서 평소체중(53키로대)으로 돌아왔어요.
한달 채우고 피검사를 할예정이라 계속 일반식을 할것같구요~
피검결과가 좋으면 질좋은 일반식으로 할지..
키토식을 할지는 조금 생각해볼것같아요☺

✅아ㅡ즤 남편은 열심히 키토식을 하려고 노력하면서 회사생활을 하고있구요.
3주됐는데 약5키로정도 체중이 빠졌답니다👍
대견하지만 욕심으로는 술을 덜먹고
방탄커피를 하루 한잔이라도 마시면 더 잘빠질것같단 생각을해봅니다.
종종 소식전할게요😘

Not to mention the amount of quality protein, fiber, and micronutrients are night and day between the two.

The right is clearly the healthier option, but even with that being said you still must remain in a caloric deficit for weight loss. Even the healthiest food can still make you gain weight if they are eaten in excess.

🦄The thing about dieting and nutrition and fat loss and yada yada yada is...you can know every last bit of physiology. You can memorize every metabolic process. You can recite every nutrition fact and fallacy ever known.

🌮BUT! If you don't understand the psychology and emotion related to dieting...why people do it...what makes them anxious...how to reduce their anxiety, etc....you're missing the most important part.

🌵Take eating out, for example. The "easy" answer would be "track your calories and don't go over." But that's not always practical or doable. It's not "real life" and even though - physiologically - it's accurate. Mentally and emotionally it can really screw with people.

🥐Truth is, the "best" diet or workout or whatever isn't always the one that's most precise or scientific. The "best" diet is the one that allows you to make consistent progress without feeling overly restricted or stressed. Because consistency is more sustainable than rigidity. And 10 times out of 10 I'd rather have someone make "slower" progress on something they can do for the rest of their life, than "faster" progress they'll only be able to do for a week or a month before calling it quits.

Bawang (iris) 1/2 buah
Jagung (direbus) 120 g
Macaroni 100 g
Mentega 20 g
2 sdm tepung serpih
Susu 400 ml
2 sdm keju bubuk
1 sendok teh garam
Lada sebentar
Serbuk ringan dengan jumlah yang tepat
Jumlah telur terlarutkan
Jumlah remah roti
Jumlah minyak goreng yang tepat

1. Masukkan mentega ke dalam penggorengan, panaskan, tambahkan bawang bombay dan goreng.

2. Bila bawangnya halus, taruh paha ayam dan jagung dan goreng itu.

3. Bila warna kaki paha ayam berubah, campurkan dan masak tepung, tambahkan sedikit susu sedikit saat tepung mudah hilang.

어제 클린하게먹어놓고단백질바에 찹살도너츠까지 먹었다ㅠㅠ맛있게음미하면서먹어서 폭식까진 아니였으나 과식이였고! 완전과식이였다 또 많이먹어서 후회가없다고하면 거짓말이지만 저번주처럼 내가 한심하고 그러진않고 줄겁게먹어따 칼로리도 심하게 많이올라가지 않았고! -
