Slowly but surely out policy makers will catch on. They must. I'm hopeful. Marriage equality. Gender equality. Climate change. Food labelling. From the big down to the small. I definitely avoid all store bought juices at all times. But, I was blessed to learn the benefits of fresh juice from Paulina, my dear friend and the owner of @purejuicecafe. When making fresh juice you don't need to overload it with sugar! You can add as much vegetables as you would like. Every time David and I feel run down or are coming down with something - we grab or make a juice! We both haven't been sick in years because as soon as we feel a lil out of balance, we grab a juice!
(By the way - the very first my husband has ever given me was a JUICER - that's how I knew he's a keeper😂) -

Why is breakfast the most important meal? we are usually most active in the mornings and in order to function properly both mentally and physically we need energy given from wholesome fuel. When we neglect to eat breakfast we slow our metabolism putting a strain on our bodies so eat up!😋 here we have high protein 🍌🍞 oatmeal combined with some chia seeds and raspberries for that extra fibre kick. Recipe👇
Banana Bread Oats :
1/2 banana mashed
1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions : mash half of banana and combine all ingredients. Place in microwave to cook for 2 mins . Stop microwave each min at stir oats so egg whites don't clump together. Przepis na dyniowe placki:📃📃 🎃225 g dyni (waga przed ugotowaniem) 🎃2 jajka 🎃1/2 małego, dojrzałego banana
🎃5 łyżek płatków owsianych zielonych na pył
🎃3 łyżki nasion amarantusa (można pominąć i dodać więcej płatków owsianych, przed dodaniem do masy nasiona przygotować tak jak na opakowaniu) 🎃1 łyżka miodu dla słodyczy (nie jest konieczny) 🎃1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
🎃Cynamon, gałka muszkatołowa
Dynie pokroić w kostkę i ugotować w takiej ilości wody, aby nie zakrywała całkowicie dyni. Gdy zmięknie zblendować z bananem albo rozgnieść widelcem (jeżeli zostanie woda to należy ją odlać). Białka oddzielić od żółtek i ubić na sztywno ze szczyptą soli. Dodać żółtka, miód. Miksować dalej. Dodać dynie z bananem. Wywieszać przyprawy z proszkiem i wsypać do masy. Wymieszać. Na koniec płatki i nasiona amarantusa. Odstawić na kilka minut. Masa musi mieć konsystencje zbliżoną do ciasta na racuchy. Jeżeli jest zbyt rzadka to dodać zielone płatki owsiane.

This afternoon I was an intern on my long-haired human's workplace at the Children's hospital. 😀 She was working some overtime, finishing up this weeks administration, and I promised to guard her office and help her with the spelling (because quite serious, she suck 🙈). But while I was there I thought it was a waste of my talent and fluffyness to just spell check her patient's medical charts. So I volunteered to try out all the toys instead. And guess what? I found 2 other dogs! 😀😀😀 Here I have gathered all 3 of us for a group picture. I must say that their mobility is very limited and their muscle tonus is quite poor, but I'm sure someone at the hospital is specialised in limp dogs? 🤔 .
Bugün akşam yemeğinde tercihim kabak spagettiden yana oldu 😋 Açıkcası ilk denemem olmasına rağmen bu kadar lezzetli olacağını ben bile tahmin etmiyordum. Üstelik hem yapımı kolay hemde sağlıklı hem de bir spagettiyi gerçekten aratmıyor 😉
1 kabağı kesme aletiyle kestikten sonra çok az yağda soteledim.
Domates sosu içinde domatesi rendeleyip çok az yağ ve tuz ile pişirdim.
Üzerinede biraz peynir ekleyerek afiyetle yedim 😋🤗
