{THE PROGRESS GRAPH} When you first start your fat loss diet or your new training regime, you see fast results and are super motivated. I call these newbie gains. 💪These initial results give you a false sense of what the process will actually be like. Soon, progress slows down as you enter what I call “The Suck”: that period of time where you’re doing everything right but still no progress is, seemingly, being made. 😫
This is where so many people give up because they’re impatient and have unrealistic expectations from the initial quick results. 🙅🏼‍♂️
But you can’t force results to happen in your chosen timeframe. It just doesn’t work like that (For example, just because you have a wedding in 3 months, the processes in your body do not care 👰) All the stressing over it is going to make your progress even slower because what stress does is tells your body that there is a problem and that it needs to put the breaks on whether that means slowing down your fat loss or your muscle building. Here’s what you should do instead:
1️⃣ First of all, calm down & be patient. You didn’t get out of shape in a week. You’re not getting in shape in a week. The people who have this “quick fix” mentality seem to have it about everything in life, whether it’s diet, training, work, business, relationships. Good things take time. There is no such thing as a magic pill. 💊
2️⃣ Secondly, make sure you have realistic expectations. When it comes to fat loss, for example, this depends on how much fat you have to lose. The higher your starting levels of body fat, the faster you can expect to lose; conversely, the leaner you are to begin with, a slower rate of loss will be best to minimise muscle and strength loss. 
Remember, results WILL happen if you are sticking to the plan. But patience is the name of the game. ☝️

Above I have a properly measured 32 grams of peanut butter vs what a “scoop” of peanut butter looks like. When that scoop was weighed it was 52 grams, which is almost another whole serving. The scoop equals out to 302 calories while the tracked scoop came out to 190.

Portion sizes are a huge issue for people trying to lose weight. Learning how to track out or weigh your food will greatly enhance your weight loss.

Ever try guestimating a serving of food. 90% of the time you’ll be wrong or way off, no matter how good you think you are. I try it every day and am always off by 10, 20, sometimes 50 grams. It makes a difference.

If you are just starting your fat loss journey, make learning how to track a goal. It will make everything so much easier for you. You’ll see how much you may or may not be over or under eating.

This one left was me 3 months ago, on 16.08.2017. I have a lot of struggle with overweight and excess of fat. From 101 to 104 kg varieted my constant weight, I think, for past 7 years. Overweight and lack of activity caused me lumbal back pain with ischiatic pain symptoms. I barely walk in right path. That was half and a year before my current transformation. Psychologically I was fighting procrastination issues and lack of motivation almost every day for a long period of time. I drank alcohol too often, smoked about 30 cigarettes per day and overeat myself constantly. I am wondering how I was only 104 kg with that unhealthy habits. Also my social contacts were suffered from my indolence. For a half a year before transformation, in my head came one tought of transforming my life in some kind a way. I knew it, that all my unhealty habits needs hard and reasonable replacement. I quitted smoking and drinking alcohol on 16.08.2017. Quitted eating all kind of carbonhydrates, started Intermittent fasting 16\8, than 20\4, mixed with Keto diet. In the beginning, struggle was hard but after few days I started "breathing" again in different aspects. I started cardio trainings mixed with body exercises and not so heavy weight lifting. Started mountain walking, mountain bike riding, running and swimming. The results were incredible just after 7 days. As I was pushing myself harder, results were more and more explicit and clear. My motivation, self-respect, self-confidence jumped on incredible levels. I started living again and make myself more aware of my life and  purpose. Today, on 20.11.2017. I am pushing myself to the point I was never ever reached. And that is true thrill in my life.

Eat good and stayed on top of the program all day ✅ 
Managed to go gym in the morning ✅ 
But then you either decide to stay up too late because you got a new ps4 game or you've had your last meal too early and you get that late night crave for chocolate 🍫 or ice cream 🍦 😶
My technique is to make something with absolute minimal amount of fat that I can make and then just sprint into bed before my belly realises it's still empty 😁 .
