The concept is to cycle your training. For example knock out four weeks of HIIT + High volume weight training, followed by four weeks without the HIIT component. For the weeks when you're not engaging in your HIIT training, your focus will strictly be on hypertrophy weight training.

At the end of a strength-endurance cycle, you'll have an increased number of cell nuclei. When you start a pure hypertrophy cycle, this will enable you to get bigger than is possible before the hypertrophy cycle. When you cycle your HIIT on and off is alternating between periods of increasing your potential to form new cells (your four-week HIIT cycle) and fulfilling that potential by actually growing muscle (your four-week hypertrophy cycle).

For anabolic cardio, the idea is to go all-out (as close as you can take yourself to 100% power output) for 30 seconds, followed by 2-4 minutes of rest, for four to six cycles. Do this three times each week, for four weeks. I often use the battle ropes. If youโ€™re not a fan of the battle ropes, you can also use a spin bike. Instead of increasing your spins per minute, crank up the resistance on the spin bike and increase your rate of force production.

Shrimp Ceviche โค๏ธ๐Ÿค
1lb. Cooked and peeled shrimp 
1 avocado 
1 large tomato 
Onion (not shown- left out for kids๐Ÿ˜Š)
2 limes 
Cilantro 
1-2tbsp olive oil (optional)
Salt and pepper 
Chop up shrimp, avocado, tomatoes and cilantro. 
Mix and squeeze juice from the 2 limes, oil and add salt and pepper. ENJOY ๐Ÿ’‹

We used sweet potato tortilla chips and rice cakes to dip! Also top your salad with this yummy mixture! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Another day another curry.

The base was a rough thick 'soup' from boiling up carrots courgette and peppers and rough blitzing. Add a knorr curry pot and simmer down until tickened. Add coconut cream/alpro coconut or the koko yogurt until smooth and desired taste.  It's a very mild but flavourful curry- add chilli or extra seasoning if preferred 
Roast some veg and serve with rice.
