โœ… Weight training is good for your body. Period. More muscle, more strength, better posture, improved mobility, and flexibilityโ€ฆ any many other benefits are hard to ignore.

โœ… Weight training also improves your ability to burn body fat because more muscle slight increases your metabolism, and it also improves your insulin sensitivity. In short, this means youโ€™re better able to burn fat when you lift weights regularly.

โœ… Lastly, weight training when youโ€™re trying to lose fat is the best form of exercise you can do (hint: it's wayyyyy better than cardio) because it helps you maintain muscle. And when youโ€™re eating fewer calories to lose fat, you want to make sure that most all of the weight you lose is FAT, not MUSCLE. Lunch was hardboil egg with steamed sweet potato. I did both together at the same time. How wonderful was that?! Just discovered it today that I could do that. 
Bought Paprika Flavored seasoning for my chicken. Wasn't expecting that mild taste but quite an acceptable taste for me. 
Left one more box of meal prep. Gotta prep more on Sun!
