On a personal level I must say I've felt myself challenged and encouraged in multiple ways throughout this process. Keep in mind when we start our day off providing our body with what it needs...vitamins and minerals, fiber, pre and probiotics, Digestive enzymes, protein, carbs, and fat....we are more likely to continue eating such healthy nourishing foods the rest of the day and LESS likely to reach for the junk 😉
My spine and gut feel really flimsy and sharp today and I had the most bizarre and jumpy of dreams last night. It may have been the odd combination of kombucha and magnesium... and dark chocolate chips (oops) but I manifested a To Do List with my kitty and I'm going to try to be a warrior babe and get some things done despite it. #selfcare ~ I find myself feeling a mixture of guilt and frustration dedicating so much time in my day to self care whether it be modulating my water intake, taking the dozens of supplements I take at irregular intervals, spending a lot of money on fresh ingredients, cooking, taking baths, using a stim machine for my spine, PT and doctor appointments, etc all just to feel "not as bad" as I could. Health isn't a race though and I know I need to be gentle * breathe * stretch * and pace myself. Every time I make a choice that is good for my body is a win and I should feel proud. It'll get easier. Or at the very least I will foster the hope that it will. Take care of yourself. 🌱
Anything ending in "-itis" means inflammation in the body. (Tonsillitis, Thyroiditis/nodules, pancreatitis, arthritis, cystitis, etc.) The root cause is the same no matter where it is located. The name only defines the location. It's the same.
1) Fix digestion with HCl (hydrochloric acid). You must have stomach acid.
