Some people’s stop overs in Bangkok involve sleepless nights, massages and hangovers...mine on the other hand has been full of inspirational, sustainable dining! 🌿
Tonight I visited @haomabkk a reasonably new restaurant striving to align sustainability with fine dining. They have a stunning kitchen garden - a massive feat for an inner city restaurant! - and a menu full of interesting plant based dishes. My advice, trade your ping pong shows and hangover for a night here alongside a crew that are helping to be the change the hospitality industry needs to see! 🙏🏻🌿🙌🏼
Long-term favourite, the Portobello Mushroom, snapped and munched here by @hummusandheadstands_. This dish is a great one for your non-veggie friends to try in our January offer. The texture is meaty and juicy, but we also think it showcases how vegetarian cooking can be so much more exciting, thanks to the way the mushroom becomes infused with flavour. A hearty and delicious dish.
