Malloreddus are a typical Sardinian short pasta in the shape of an elongated shell.
They are made of wheat semolina and water and can be eaten with different sauces, even if traditionally in Sardinia they are eaten like this!!

There is a question which most of the kids will ask their mother. Why is the ladies finger vegetable so common in our kitchen? They would simply reply saying it's good for your brain. Still we get bored of it. So here I try a kerala dish with Bhindi fry added on is the Coconut & Curd Mixture.
Step 1: Grind coconut, green chillies & Cumin.
Step 2: Add the coconut paste to the Curd.
Step 3: To make Bhindi fry, Heat the oil and fry the chana Dal, Urad Dal, red chillies & turmeric powder till it turns brown.
Step 4: Add chopped okra and fry till it Cooks.
Step 5: Add the Curd mixture to the fried Bhindi.
The "Bhindi Pachadi" is ready. It goes well with rice or chappati.
Nothing like a warming bowl of soup on a cold winters day. Our parsnip soup, cauliflower cheese beignets, rosemary scone and wild mushroom butter might just be the antidote! #dishoftheday#bloomkingsheath
