Former FurBabies rescue dogs Jeter and Westin love coming back for daycare! Lana is a current FurBaby in need of a home who gets along great with other dogs and, as you can see from the last video, is always looking for a cuddle!

Meet Gizmo!! He is a 16 year-old grey/white shih-tzu, his owners couldn't keep him so we adopted him today! Hamilton is pretty excited that Gizmo came with a giant bag of food 😂 #happyadoptionday#dogadoption
This is a bit of a different post. Yes, Spike is in this photo. He is burrito'ed inside that blanket. Seen is Gidget (@griffysisters), his adopted sister, right next to him. They didn't exactly get along at first but little things like these let us know it's getting better for everyone.
In case ya haven't had enough of her!
*Pupdate* Please share our girl. She is so ready for her forever home! Where might her people be?
Ethel thankfully gained a new and FIFTH foster family on Sunday and it's the same story: perfect girl is perfect. She's getting along great with their 14 year old dauschund and learning to play frisbee with her fetching skills! Also, yeah, still a fan of a photo shoot obviously. 💁♀️📸

HAPPY GILMORE | M | 1 Y | Chihuahua mix | 15 lbs | Los Angeles | Low energy | Quiet and chill | Cuddle monster | Adaptable | Needs basic training | Good with small dogs | Ok with cats | Not kid tested
What’s up HAPPY GILMORE? This little Chi mix is ready for his home… is it you? HAPPY is pretty flexible in terms of your schedule and will adjust well to most living environments. He loves people and is happy to see you even if you’ve only been gone for two minutes. He can be a little bit nervous in new situations and was a little apprehensive when first arriving to Toronto but the best thing for him is continued exposure. For example, you can take him to your new ‘hood, sit and chill for a bit and just let him take in the sights and sounds. As a result he should NOT be off leash in the foreseeable future. Loud noises still make him nervous so this is definitely a work in progress. He’s also a bit fearful of men, like Shooter McGavin cause let’s be honest that guy was awful, so it’s best to let him make the first move. When being introduced to new people they should act like everything is normal and when HAPPY is ready to check them out he’ll come around. Basic commands are going very slowly with HAPPY because he is not treat or toy motivated. He may occasionally be interested in a Kong stuffed with kibbles. The best way to motivate him is likely praise and affection, so these should be used as training tools going forward. He does very well in a crate but isn’t too destructive in the home either. He is interested in your garbages though and will search for tissues to tear apart if you’re not watching him. Also, your socks occasionally. He’s pretty low energy but does appreciate a few good walks per day plus bathroom breaks. He does try to chase squirrels but responds well to correction. HAPPY is ok with other small dogs but is afraid of bigger dogs and will bark at them in defense. He lives with two cats and they’re cool so far. Ready to meet HAPPY GILMORE? Cheesy 💙🧀 #Repost @saveourscruff (@get_repost)
CHEESY was babysat over the weekend in Toronto! He is looking for a foster and/or adopter. Please DM us if you are interested!! "He was such a sweetheart. He was happy to say hi to every person and dog that he met. He was super playful and gentle. I live right downtown and he did really good with all the street noise. Was a bit nervous about the streetcars but nothing extreme. Hewasfine inside my apartment too but did react to some of the noise in the hallway. I'm right by the elevator though so it can be a lot. If I grabbed his attention before he started barking he wouldn't, but he wouldn't be ideal for all apartments because his bark is pretty loud. (K, we actually think he's part wolf). He did bark at the two events when he was a by overwhelmed and also for attention. But he calmed down towards the end and I took him for lots of walks around the store which kept him quiet. As he started to get a bit more comfortable with me, he did get more vocal asa way to ask for toys and attention. He had a lot of energy too! He wasn't bouncing off the walls or anything but just wanted to play and be loved. Even after the event on Saturday, we got home and he was not into my plan of napping and wanted to play. He loves fetch!! Loves it! Anyway he is so sweet and I know he will find the right people to love him!!" His full bio is available at saveourscruff.org if you'd like to check it out and also apply to adopt! 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 #adoptdontshop#dogadoption#rescue#rescuedog#ontarioanimalrescue#ontariodogrescue#ontario#adoptme#pickme#fureverhome#love#instapet#gta#toronto#dogs#dogsofinstagram#secondchance

Hi I’m Sadie! I am a medium sized, older girl from NY. I am fun, social and athletic. I love to snuggle and I’m great on a leash. I play fetch, I’m crate trained and I enjoy car rides. I’m looking for a home with no other dogs and a family that can take care of my skin conditions. Are you my person? Visit www.howimetmydog.com/register to find out.
