➖Where➖do you workout? This one is simple: anywhere in the world 🌎. If you have a phone, laptop, tablet you name it - you have access to your workouts. This also means you can bring these anywhere with you! My garage is my gym. @kandacerogersfitness works out in her RV where she lives full time. @hayley_christian works out in her living room where she plays her workouts on her TV. @amberlanier gets up before the sun and works out outside while her kids are still asleep. Inside, outside, hotel room, cruise ship, bedroom, gym at work - the world is now your gym. Cancel your expensive gym membership, ditch the pep talk you have to give yourself to dress, drive and put in work at a gym. Mix and match your clothes, wear as much or as little clothes as you want, huff & puff and sweat like an animal without judging eyes around you that limit you from doing you best. Focus on you and your goals anywhere YOU want to. Chris and I are headed to our family homes in Myrtle Beach and I didn't have to pack anything besides my phone, charger and some workout clothes. I'll be doing my workouts even while traveling. When I won't have wifi on my cruise in January, I'll have a weeks worth of workouts predownloaded for use offline. This is an excuse free lifestyle with all the tools at my fingertips. All it requires is just a little bit of want and passion for a change in your life.

All dogs (even chihuahuas) will have arched stomachs if you don't over feed them . An arched stomach and being able to feel a dogs ribcage means they are at a healthy weight
In addition, dog food labels will over state how much you are supposed to feed your dog based on weight they do that to absolutely ensure the dog never starves and is slightly over fed

➖When➖is it? There are 3 days left to join the next 3-week online challenge group. Yesterday I answered what is a challenge group so check out yesterday's post if you're confused. You'll workout for 30 min or less a day, for 3 weeks, whenever YOU have time to. You're not allowed to say you don't have time because you do. You have to make time.
I used to convince myself "I can't do morning workouts" "I am too tired if I wake up that early, it affects my day" "I can't motivate myself to get up that early" "I don't do mornings" "by the time I get home, cook and clean up I'm too tired to workout cause then I have to shower and then it's time for bed." Do any of these excuses sound like something you're convincing yourself with? You are sabotaging your success and that's okay because before getting to know what I was capable of, I believed those same things too. Truth is, I WAS too tired. I was tired ALL THE TIME, no matter when I went to bed. This challenge group and the chocolate nutrient shakes and quick workouts have given me the passion and energy I was missing for far too long. It's going to be an adjustment. It's also only 3 weeks, you can do anything for 30 minutes for 3 weeks. Think back to when you started a new job: it was uncomfortable, you didn't know everything that was going on or would come for you. Now that you're 6 months, 1 year, 30 years in, you know better what you're doing and are comfortable. That's what working out is for me. A new job that's been more rewarding than any job I've given myself to this day! I'm also making it my job to help others and share my joy too. The next challenge group is in 3 days! This Monday! Be all in with this. Commit to losing the 5-15 lbs to be lost when you join a challenge group. Then lose 5-15 more when you do the next one. I've lost 8 lbs so far in 2 challenges and 3 inches off my hips. Give it a shot and I'll give you my time as I help keep you accountable checking in with you the way my girl @hayley_christian kept up with me. Im telling you, accountability works! You just have to be willing to try. I told Hayley no for 2 months before giving it a shot... I get that it's scary. I also KNOW it's worth it
