You guys Milk has truly is a miracle cream!!
This picture is of @imperfectly.perfect.missi daughter, read what she had to say about Milk below:
This is my 12 year old daughter Lily.
She woke up one morning and it looked old she was having allergic reaction to something, so I gave her Benadryl and sent her in her way.
The next day it was ALL OVER the side of her face. By the end of the day it was blistering and popping!!!
We went to the Family physician and a dermatologist. Teenage girls are already self conscious enough about their face, so this was disastrous!!
Both doctors confirmed it was impetigo. It was super contagious, but the worst part was when it started healing and scabbing 🙈 The blisters scabbed and made huge scab marks all over.
I was so worried it would scar!!
I started her on Milk. Maskcara’s miracle moisturizer to see if we could help it not scar.
These pictures are from beginning to one month on MILK.
I’m so GRATEFUL to have had Milk and that it’s helped her poor beautiful face to heal and not scar. She says she loves milk because it makes her skin feel good.
Burn out from daily life and added pressure is pretty much inevitable. When you feel like you’re at the brink, REMEMBER the importance of self-care. Take time to nourish your spirit and pour back into yourself, because you can not pour from an empty cup! REST, but please darling...keep your eyes on the prize and DON’T QUIT. 💋
Thick thighs save lives 👏🏼
Honestly though I have always had wide hips and thighs and a butt, buying jeans that fit have always been a problem, even when I weighed 145lbs in high school they were the part on my body I was always self conscious of. What I can say is that for the first time (ever) I see how I look and I like what I see, and that’s what matters. I’m working hard to shape my body to what I want it to be and although I may not be exactly where I want yet, I’m proud of how far I’ve come 🎉

“I could never...”
“I wish I could..”
Sound familiar? You have said at least one of these. We all have. It’s easier to say we can’t do something. Maybe it’s our fear of failure, a lack of self confidence, or perhaps it’s other people leading us to believe we can’t. -
By not trying the new task or activity, you are only hurting yourself. No one knows your chance of success going into any new task. But you have a hell of a lot better chance succeeding if you even try! -
Can’t means you are defeated before you even try. Can’t creates a limiting belief. You form a ceiling to your ability. Can’t is failure. No one has ever been happy after the “can’t” do something. When said aloud, can’t can be crippling to those in your environment too.
Stop limiting yourself. As my wise bae told me, “don’t say you can’t afford it, say how CAN I afford this?!”. The same principle applies to anything. Instead of cant, figure out how you can and make it happen! -
You CAN do this workout 😉Enjoy!

First baby workout after my 3rd back injury this year. To say I’ve felt defeated would be an understatement. I was looking l at my goals I set out for myself at the beginning of the year. I have only achieved one of them, which was to not quit or give up. Believe me I have wanted to a million and 1 times. But I haven’t. I have rested and taken time outs but never quit. That’s they key, I’ll achieve my goals in time but I had to take care of myself and that’s okay. So next time you want to quit because it is taking too long, just don’t, find something else to focus on while you are on the sidelines, but don’t be afraid to get back in the game
