Here was my top set of 295 for my 1+ on squats yesterday. Crushed that baby weight for an easy 5. I’ll start moving into the 300+ territory for the first time in almost a year. The goal is to pass my old PR of 355👊

Currently hovering around 180lbs & 12% bf according to my scale. I love that I’ve been able to gain 30+ pounds already and keep the fat to a minimum😃

Here was my top set of 295 for my 1+ on squats yesterday. Crushed that baby weight for an easy 5. I’ll start moving into the 300+ territory for the first time in almost a year. The goal is to pass my old PR of 355👊 . This leg workout left me terribly sore, making my deadlifts 10x harder today. Still hit my reps though so all is well . It's definitely not a hack squat, because those take tension off the back, and ironically enough, my lower back gets pumped more than my legs do on this and regular squats (maybe cause I did 6 sets weighted hyperextensions and 2 brutal trap bar paused deadlift sets before this so the back pump was already there). Here's a few clips from Leg Day. Switched it up this week. Started with Leg Extensions to warm up the legs before jumping in the Leg Press. 2 lighter warm-up sets then did 3 x12 with 7 & a half plates. Trying to keep the tension on thosen legs through the reps. Total of 5 sets. Then moved on to do some light Squats for a lil bit of speedwork with minimal rest 3 x10. Also did some Hack Squats with some decent weight 3 x12 before going on to lighter Isos. 
After coming from the Leg Press with some heavy ish weights back to Squats even with lighter weight is killer. Cause the heavy weight has already fatigued you. It's probably why my reps wasn't the best on the Squats. This session fucked me up lol. I got those leg cramps that you get sometimes after an intense leg session. Shit that can keep you up at night. That part wasn't fun 😂. I haven't got those since I was Squatting 405 for singles & doubles lol. Have a great evening everyone! Stay tuned.
