I saw my fittest/happiest/ healthiest year in 2015. Every time I tell myself that I’ll get back to that, I lapse. “I’ll start again tomorrow.” Nope. •
But the thing is, there was no “special” diet I was on. No “program” and no self-deprivation. I kicked my own ass working out twice a day nearly every day simply out of habit and eventual enjoyment. [in addition to a modestly healthy diet] There was also a conscious effort to create balance and equality with work and “not work.”•
Double Day December starts tomorrow morning, and with no expectation of dragging it out, it’ll hopefully re- ignite the passion for fitness and an overall healthier lifestyle that went dormant.
Friday's with Focus T25 are #doubledays so this morning I got #abintervals done early ✅ ...but Friday's are also my hubby's day off and we went to our fav breakfast spot 🍳 and I ate pumpkin nut pancakes 🥞 so good!
