SMR, t-spine/hip mobility, dynamic warmup.

5 reps KB CL/PR
Sled row 20 yards/push 20 yards
150lb farmers carry (bag) 40 yards.
SMR, t-spine/hip mobility.
Pull-ups: as many sets to 100 reps.
Wide-grip pulldowns: 6 x 8.
Close-grip pulldowns: 5 x 10-12.
Cable pullovers: 5 x 12.
Free motion wide pulldown: 5 x 10-15.
Free motion standing cable row: 4 x 10-15.
Donkey calf press: 6 x 10.
60 mins. Stairs.
