Now, the real work begins. In both business and fitness there are an unlimited number of “tips, tricks, hacks” and ideas.

This information…whether it’s a new eating style, training method, or way to improve your business is worthless without action. If it were, we’d all be millionaires with abs and function like Bradley Cooper trippin’ off his first mega-dose of NZT.

But alas, my friends that is not the case.

Information is not the differentiating factor to building your dream life, dream body and business, it’s your implementation.

What does this mean for you?

I have a challenge for you.
Instead of trying to consume “more tips, tricks, and hacks” it’s time to dial in and do the work.

If this means spending less time on Instagram, do it. (Even though I’d miss you).

If this means skipping an event or two to get your workouts in, do it.
-
If this means saying no to 🍕 tonight during the #nflplayoffs and instead, eating the stuff you need to lose fat and look better naked, do it.

If you don’t feel you have the knowledge, find a mentor and go all in with their advice.Then double-down and do the work.

🔹What they don't think about is allll of the outside variables that go into making that goal much easier to ACHIEVE and remain CONSISTENT after reaching that goal. The goal should not be to just lose body fat. The goal should be to lose body fat, enhance your lifestyle, and maintain and build upon your previous goals. The quickest and most effective way to do this is optimize your output each day.

🔹For example, having a daily routine helps us stay consistent and our bodies love them because it reduces the need for willpower, while adding a positive feedback loop/reward system from repeatedly reaching our goals. Not to mention, our body has to regulate hormones, circadian rhythms, hunger, mood, etc., and healthy habits/routines are the foundation of doing so.

🔹As you can see, all of these ways I have listed are correlated in some way and can affect the output of something else. When you're stressed, you can have water masking your fat loss. When you're dehydrated, it can cause you to overeat. If you have to constantly plan when you can go to the gym and what time you're eating which meal, your chances of success are diminished due to willpower.
