When we first arrived here, it seemed like theres no fruit here but durian. Now this could be a blessing or a curse. How long could you live on a durian-only diet? After a fee days on durian island I start feeling dehydrated and longing for juicy fruits. Luckily, all we needed to do was to have a better look around. Theres the usual suspects - bananas, pineapple & rambutans - but I'll show you other delicious stuff that grows here as well. Altho to be perfectly honest, since we found durio lowianus (see prev posts) thats all we eat. We dont even buy regular durian anymore. These dragonfruits we found are from the next town one hour away. Judging from their freshness level, they grown them locally. Beautifully packed & firm - I like them crunchy rather than mushy. Still one of my fav breakfast fruits 💗

🎄HOLIDAY RECIPE🎄 ’Tis the season to give! So we’re giving your tastebuds our Pink Holiday Bowl recipe! With flavors so delicious not even Santa could deliver a treat this tasty🎅 Happy Holidays everyone and enjoy the recipe💖
✅ 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack
✅ 1 frozen Banana
✅ 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
✅ 2oz Almond Milk
✅ 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
✅ 1/4 tsp Ginger
✅ Sliced Strawberries
✅ Sliced Apples
✅ Sliced Banana
✅ 2oz Granola
✅ Chocolate Drizzle (for the good kids)
1⃣ Blend the Pitaya, Rolled Oates, frozen Banana, Almond Milk, Cinnamon and Ginger in a blender on medium to high for 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
2⃣ Pour blend into a bowl.
3⃣ Add the desired amount of toppings on top of the mix.
4⃣ Lite Chocolate Drizzle on top and ENJOY!
