People seem to forget the importance of drinking water (not including coffee) 😆
The easiest way to start drinking more water is finding flavouring for it such as tea (no caffeine or sugars) or using things like cucumbers, lemon or even fruits! I still struggle with not drinking enough but I found ways that help me consistently improve & it wasn't that hard; trial & error until you find something that works 👍

Summer's over but it's still hot out there and everyone needs to hydrate. My personal mantra one glass of water between each alcoholic beverage. Plus it makes a beautiful addition to any tailgate party layering fruits and/or veggies in a clear glass drink dispenser. Good idea to have on your tailgate bar.
Experts say divide your current weight in half and drink that many ounces of water per day. If you like your water to be a bit more flavorful try Agua Fresca adding your favorite fruits and vegetables. I also like sliced jalapeños (seeded) and fresh lime or juniper berries and cucumber slices.

Here is how my drinking more water plan is going.. Day 1: This seems easy enough.. *5 mins later* HOLY FUCK I NEED TO PEE N PEE NOW
Day 2: Maybe my bladder will expand, maybe not.
Day 3: I forgot to drink loads so I had to cram in 1.5 litres at night, had horrible dreams and kept waking up to pee
Day 4: Trip to London. Needed to pee in any disgusting toilet I could find, gave up drinking water because WHERE THE FUCK DO LONDON PEOPLE PEE? Where's the toilets in anywhere??? Day 5: Fuck this shit I'm getting a coffee from Pret.
Today: Spending the day back in Leeds in my Pj's. A onesie is not a good option when u have a cold house n need to pee.

Today is Mango & Lime Champagne Mocktail
Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) 1/2 mango, 1/2 lime, 1 spring of mint, sparkling water.
Method: Bruise mint, dice mango into cubes and place in a small bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the mango, before chopping the lime into pieces and mixing with the mango.
Health Benefits: Anti-aging/Detoxifying/Aphrodisiac
Notes: Whilst this fruit infusion doesn't really include champagne, the flavour of mango mixed with the sharpness & acidity of lime - and had with sparkling water - really does feel as though you are having a glass of bubbly. Right down to the little pop you might hear when you open your water bottle (Sparkling water has carbonated fizz, so just think of it as popping a champagne cork!)...perfect for a Friday, as it's almost the weekend 😁
Serving Notes: Typically served in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime twist and a sprig of mint.

After struggling to complete 5k, I had to admit to myself that my poor water intake is holding me back. I felt thirsty even before the 5k, but had decided to ignore the feeling. Poor choices.
So, ramping up on drinking water and fruit. Managed 1.5 litres, which shows just how little water I drink 😓

Since I started my health journey in January, I have been consistently drinking the right amount of water and I can REALLY tell a difference now when I’m slacking! It’s amazing what something as simple as water can do for you!
My challenge for you, drink the right amount tomorrow! I know you can, bc if I can go from drinking a pot of coffee and numerous pops a day to water, then ANYONE can! 😁 I have faith in you!! 💦 ❤️

Because I am trying to lose some weight and bring health to my body systems, I am drinking more water with the goal of drinking half my body weight in ounces. This hydrates the body, detoxifies the organs and their systems and creates a more functional working organism as a whole! Who's with me?
