I can't tell the difference but some of my friends can. Scale wise I'm up then I'm down then I'm back up and I'm back down. My clothes are fitting better so it has to be water weight. I try to get at least half to a gallon a day. People look at me in the gym all crazy because I BE JAMMIN lol as much as I hate to say this....I gotta go harder on the CORE workouts 😩😭 I focus heavy on legs and arms. I CAN tell I'm getting stronger tho. 1 more week and I think I'm going to bump my weight up 💪🏾🏋🏾♀️

I struggle so much with getting enough water in every day. I also forget halfway through the day what bottle I'm on. I decided to start marking each new bottle with it's "number" and really helps a lot!

Here's why I'm loving my new BERKEY! ⠀
If you've been following me on here for a year you may remember how I bought an Aquacera SS Countertop water filter last year. I had considered the Berkey, but size was a big decision since it really didn't fit on my counter.⠀
Well, I reconsidered after moving to a new place.⠀
One of the things that I really hated about the Aquacera over time was that the flow rate was quite slow as a result of filtering and dispensing the water at the same time. That meant you had to sit by it if you were filling something up, or risk spilling water everywhere. Sure you can fill up a pitcher, but that just means you have to keep your eye on it longer to avoid spilling water everywhere.⠀
The Berkey filters right into a holding tank in the lower reservoir and avoids this problem entirely. The flow rate during dispensing is unrelated to the filtration rate, so it's super fast. Further, you can just fill it up and let it filter without watching it at all, since the water is destined for the lower holding tank, which, if you just use it as directed, never overfills.⠀
That's of course true of a pitcher, but I wanted fluoride filtration and I don't trust the fluoride filtration that I've seen for pitchers. If you use the Berkey to it's max capacity, it's also less expensive.⠀
The Berkey costs 1.8 cents per gallon without fluoride filtration and 7.2 cents per gallon with fluoride filtration, assuming you use it to maximal capacity. If you use it as a single person living alone with no guests and you rarely ever use more than a gallon per day, it would probably run you close to 18 cents per gallon since you have to replace the filters after a certain time regardless of the usage rate. ⠀
Either way, it's much more economical than many of the alternatives.⠀

Rule of thumb is take your #weight devide by two and that in ounces is what you should consume to stay healthy and even more so when your trying to lose weight.
