Life can be stressful. For starters, there's your busy schedule. Everyday issues can add to emotional stress, too — counseling a friend through a breakup, regretting problems with your boss, a disagreement with a parent, weighing an important decision, or stressing over whether you'll make final cuts for the project. With lots on your mind, it's easy to feel stressed.
When we're under stress, we're often thinking about what we need to do in the future (“Are my investments going to grow?”) or what we could have done better in the past (“I wish I invested in bitcoin”). Instead of letting your thoughts wander as you do yoga, think about what your body and breath are doing in this moment. Notice how a muscle or area of the body feels. Focus on breathing in slowly as your body stretches tall, and breathing out slowly as you curl up.
Being in the moment like this helps you build your ability to focus and concentrate, which helps in all aspects of life.
Visit the video we have posted earlier on breathing technique, try this technique out twice:
- Upon rise
- Before bed

My personal 8 week lean phase journey. I had 2 goals, 1st was just to get lean and 2nd was to compete at the dubai muscle show, but wanted to keep it stress free and realistic, I didn't push my diet too hard and halfway through i realized i wasn't on track, so i gave up on my 2nd goal.
Changes i had to make were very basic.
Nutrition - flexible diet + portion control. i was having junk almost everyday but only 1 snack/day, portion control means cutting calories in general as the main goal, either by decreasing volume/density.
•Eating just 3/4 the amount of food that you regularly eat
•Less dressing on your salad
•No cheese on your burger
•No gravy on your steak
These are everyday food that people eat and it's a very simple approach to decrease overall calories in your food. My diet went really well, didn't have mood swings and even my energy level was very stable. I still had my carbs mostly oats/rice, and had fruits for snacks and sometimes even as pre-bedtime snack to replenish my energy for the next day. My diet was very sustainable and i plan to stay on it for the coming year and get leaner and stay lean. I decided to skip "bulking" moving forward because I wasn't happy with my fitness, i can feel my fitness deteriorating, and i felt like an overweight bullfrog.
Programming - Added cardio 1hr LISS everyday + resistance training 6x/week(before was just 5x/week with no cardio)
From 110kgs to 102kgs
