Friday morning couldn't start better!
AR Team rocking Desert Warrior Challenge / 10km sand run along with 20 obstacles✅ Loved running with this pretty warrior @lizziesportstherapy 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Insane AR team work was all around!
Well, that was physical & mental challenge, testing your inner strength! Overcoming your fears & going out of your comfort zone.

Starting the day with Paddle Boarding (despite being exceptionally nervous!) was absolutely amazing - thank you to @bash.dxb for the intro, loved it and can’t wait to go again. The waves were super choppy today but still managed to stand up and get used to it. Next time I’ll be a pro 👌🏼 Thanks to @surfhousedubai and also @bash.dxb for a yummy breakfast post SUP.
Then the rest of the day (with a quick stop at work) was spent with @sigoldsmith (who has been amazing today helping me with all sorts 😘) including an awesome workout to make sure I smashed that #Dubai30x30#DubaiFitnessChallenge today 🙌🏼 #PaddleBoarding#Dubai#MyDubai
Pistol squat pose or single legged squat is also great for runners and power yogis - it incorporates balance, strength and flexibility. It also engages all the proprioreceptive muscles in the legs and core which is great for running and balance. Not recommended if you have knee problems and its best done after a warm up with regular squats.
