The most amazing Asian Restaurant last night 😲 Something I would never normally go for! I'm raging the lighting was dimmed throughout the whole place because everything pictured so badly 😭 Talk about meat sweats between us when we came out, every dish was beef based 🤣 Beef Satay to start which had deep fried Veggies with it 🤤 Everything I had was gluten free so I'm thinking maybe they used a rice flour for the batter, just fab anyway whatever it was .Big plate of Beef Ribs for the boy.For main then I went with a Wasabi encrusted Fillet with Potatoe Puree and Veggies. OH MY LAWD ✋ Now this is the kind of food you want to be trying out while your here forget your five guys and shake shack 🤣 Washed down with a few to many Amerettos 🙃 .

Zinc is needed in small amounts every day in order to maintain health and perform important functions each day. Zinc benefits the body in many ways: helps with hormone production, growth and repairment; improves immunity and facilitates digestion. Zinc benefits also include its ability to act as an anti-inflammatory agent, therefore zinc may have significant therapeutic benefits for several common, chronic diseases like fighting cancer or reversing heart disease.
Zinc is actually present within all bodily tissue and needed for healthy cell division. It acts like an antioxidant within the body, fighting free-radical damage and slow the aging process. Zinc also has a big impact on hormonal balance, so for this reason, even a small zinc deficiency can result in an increased risk for infertility or diabetes.
How Much Do We Need to Experience These Zinc Benefits?
According to the USDA, the dietary reference intakes for zinc below are based on age and gender:
0–6 months: 2 milligrams/day
7–12 months: 3 milligrams/day
1–3 years: 3 milligrams/day
4–8 years: 5 milligrams/day
9 –13 years: 8 milligrams/day

This time last year I got to meet a very special little man, finding out I was going to be a mammy at 21 was terrifying but the minute I met him there wasn't a single thing I would change. The is no love like the love I have for this little man, he's my pride and joy. He continues to challenge me and amaze me along the way. Going 9 days over waiting for the fat munchkin, 12 hours of labour which truly is the only blind date you'll ever be on that you know your going to meet the love of your life after it 😍 I swear I couldn't love you more than I do right now and yet I know tomorrow I will love you a little more 💙 Happy 1st Birthday my one and only Alfie Harris xxxx
STRAIGHT ARM CABLE PULL DOWN! Love doing this exercise when finishing a back workout🔥 This targets your lats directly and also works your serratus anterior muscle, also known as your "boxer muscle". When doing an isolating exercise to target a specific muscle group, experiment with different positions you feel the most tension in the muscle you want to work! TEACHING POINTS--> 1. Feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent and hips flexed forwards. 2. Grip the bar, have a grip where your hands are just outside your shoulders. 3. Pull the bar down towards upper thigh. Use the 1/3 second rule. Pull the bar down for 1 second and contract and slowly release back up for 3 seconds. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT & FORM IS 🔑💪🏻

Transformation Tuesday. Over the next couple of months I have a serious amount of travel ahead of me. I have to remember how much better life is now and not slip up while away.
In the past anytime I travelled I piled on the weight. But I won't let that happen this time. The gym gear will be coming with me and I'll try and make the best food choices I can.
First test is coming up this week when I travel to Toronto, Kansas & Idaho!
🍕Cheat meals are a common topic among dieters. Personally, I'm not keen on them as they cause distractions for people that are new to weight loss and can promote a terrible relationship with food 😨
🍏🍦Improving our nutrition is about improving our eating habits, and cheat meals often promote food labelling and unhealthy food habits.
⚠️That's why I don't use regularly planned cheat meals for myself or my online coaching clients.
🍔🍺I try not to make a big deal about cheat meals because I don't think they're something that should be set for a specific day. If you know you're out at the weekend for a meal or drinks, then you should be able have a great time, have self control, indulge a little, and then get straight back on track 🏃
😓Cheat meals are something that a lot of people look forward to, and they end up leading to overeating. This is a change in lifestyle, not a short-term fix. You should be able to enjoy a meal with friends and family and know that you can get straight back on track with your next meal 🍗🥗

Who knew Philly had so much food to offer 😍 The most amazing few hours spent wandering around this indoor food market today. Just a few snippets that don't even do it justice. IT WAS HUGE! My God we are missing out big-time at home 😭 Let's say I earned it all after tackling those Rocky Steps 🙃 From fresh fruit and veg, Turkey Bowls to Donuts and Peanut Butter cream cakes NO WORDS 😭 Hey I made a good attempt all the same though ➡️ That Cake 😲 No waste either as leftovers came back to the hotel 🤣 Now a quick freshen up and it's off out to an Asian tonight for dinner so looking forward to trying that 😍And some more 🥂😜

I've been talking multivitamins and omega capsules for a couple of years now, and recently it's become such a chore in the morning to remember to take them.

Omega zooki is a liquid form of fish oil, without the fishy smell or taste!!!This particular one is mango peach flavour, I've had it these past few days in smoothies and on fruit and I'm sure it'd taste vv nice on fruity pancakes🤤🥞 So not only is it better tasting- if you genuinely don't like taking capsules it's a great alternative!!

Electrolytes for the win 🍓I love these tablets to boost my water along with my electrolytes. We can become dehydrated very easily and sometimes we may need a little boost with something like these yummy nuun tablets! I am having them now to help through the caffeine withdrawal headaches 🙈 scary how our bodies can rely on something so much. Caffeine has it positives and negatives.
