We did our usual warm up, roll out & dynamic stretching into this!!!
Split squat- getting heavier each round I finished on 16kg ( 8 reps)
Swings outside the knees 30 sec straight into
15 sec lung pulse (each leg)
You could use KB here too!!!( I hate those weighted bats) 🤡
Deadlift getting heavier x 8 reps
Single Leg Curls 8 each legs getting heavier
Box jumps 5 reps
Hip thrusts with resistance bands push those knees out at the top! 15 reps
4 sets & RELAX😏
