Este prato é chamado steamed dumplings. É similar à pastel de vapor. É um comida asiático básico. Simple e delicioso. Recheado com carne de porco e vegetais. Eu que fiz para pessoas aqui no nordeste para experimentar. Eles gostam muito. Eu espero um dia eu terei um restaurante. Mas por enquanto eu estou aprendendo a cultura e língua aqui no nordeste.
