Who doesn't like dumplings... I bought this ones from Itsu, I personally like this brand for nori crisps.
As u can see it says "vegetable" but is not veggies in it😂 is soya meat in it. The flavour is OK, but I think in my head I have the one I made in the past.

Hakka style wonton noodle. in Singkawang, West Kalimantan, a bowl of wonton noodle is ridiculously cheap ranging from Rp10,000 ($0.80) to Rp 18,000 ($1.50) a bowl. The noodle is good and fresh. The make it only for the day and noodles are traditionally consumed in the morning until early afternoon. People don't really eat wonton noodle in the evening because the gluten in the noodle can make a gassy tummy. So people avoid eating it at night.
There are so many tastes in a bowl of this noodle. A portion of noodle is normally dressed with a little bit of anything from cooking oil or oild from lard, shrimps, bean sprouts, pork cooked with soy sauce, char siew, dumplings, chopped spring onion, chopped Dong Chai (salted bok choy), so no need to put salt in the noodle, a dash white pepper. If you like you can add a little bit vinegar, fish sauce, and chilly sauce. To give it extra texture this pork skin crackers and slices of shrimp cakes are normally added too.
Recently people are getting creative too. They create green noodles by using the juice from vegetables as they are in abundance there. #noodle#wonton#dumplings#Singkawang#山口洋#KalBar#Borneo#Indonesia#foods#印尼#Chinese#Singkawang#kalimantan#shrimps#pork#soy#sauce#Hakka#客家
