I really really really enjoyed this leg workout 😍😍😍 inknow my buns will be aching later but it was worth it.
I had 2 minis distracting me and throwing stuff at each other but ingot her done and finished with a “hmm that one was really fun” attitude.
Another big day for us. With the hubby gone doing snow removal for our first snow it means I’m alone with the kiddos and it’s haaaaaard patience wise.
This pregnancy is taking so much out of me caring for 2 other small ones it’s insane. All i can do is my best ❤️
If you want to wake up early, you got to sleep early too. It's like a sequence. We are a generation of night owls. We had internet almost from the beginning, we had video games, we had text messages, all of these meant we always had something fun to do late at night. So when you decide to break this pattern, it might feel like you are taking an important social stance.
Anyway, last night was madrid derby so I slept really late and as a result, I failed to wake up at 5. I have learned that relapses are normal during a big change and I should actually see failure as a badge of effort. As Robin Sharma put it perfectly:"Change is the hardest at the beginning, messiest in the middle and best at the end." I have written some rules for myself that I will follow, with the hope and positivity that they will help me to sleep earlier too. Another important thing that I have learned is that I should try to wake up between my Sleep cycles. We have this phases of REM and Non REM during our sleep and each of them together is a cycle. If we wake up during a cycle, we will feel tired and groggy, but waking up between cycles will make us feeling refreshed and alert. I used " www.sleepyti.me" to check how I should set my intented hours. I'm pretty excited to make it a reality this time... Credit to: Thomas Frank from YouTube
Meal prep for the beginning of the week is done! I cooked a whole chicken last night (in the crockpot) and am using the leftovers this week. There was sooo much meat! Thanksgiving will be around lunch time for us this year, so I didn’t have to prep for that ❤️ I cannot wait to spend time with some family!! Anyone else preparing for the week ahead? What’s on your menu??
✨Everything you do along your journey contributes to where you are going✨ ☝🏻☝🏻Today’s Mantra as I spend a little extra time in my morning ritual today☺️💗 Sunday morning’s are probably my favorite part of the week. I wake up feeling refreshed🌻, productive🙌🏻, and in a positive state of mind🙏🏻 This is a huge change compared to how I used to wake up on Sunday mornings: extremely hungover and dreading all of the awful stories about the stupid things I did the night before🤦🏼♀️ I felt bad about myself and if I wasn’t heading to work, I was spending my day binge-watching tv to recoup.
Now I use my Sunday’s for a little extra ME-time😍 and to prep for the upcoming week. I’ll take feeling refreshed, productive, and ready over hungover and miserable any day🙋🏻♀️ What is your favorite day of the week?👇🏻 #MorningRitual#EarlyRiser
Happy Sunday!! Up at 6am, got in my Superfood nutrition. At the gym before 7am, before the gym opened. Now I am getting in my 20% exercise in!! I remember when I failed to make it to the gym on Sunday mornings because of the late nights partying, drinking, and lack of motivation! Sad to say I would workout on Saturdays to get a pump before going out! I let my ego get in the way of what's important for my health and in life! Not anymore, this guy has goals and a healthy life to live! So blessed I have a lifestyle that has helped me focus on what's truly important for me and my family! So if you can relate or not where you want to be in life, ask yourself this, is really worth it feeling like sh💥t on a Sunday morning, wasting half your day away trying to recover or you can FULLY commit to a lifestyle that you are looking forward to EVERYDAY, feeling amazing EVERYDAY,and have a true, reliable blueprint to your goals! Make it a wonderful day my friends! 💪🏻
