Last night when I came home from work, miss Amelia had a whimper and seemed tender in her back leg, as though she pulled a muscle, so we hard core rested all night and gave her a gentle massage. This morning we were amazed to see she was looking back to normal, not even having trouble with the stairs, so, gratefully, we were all rewarded with a leisurely Robinson's Island hike, and we all looked just this happy❤️🌲🙏🏼 #ameliapond#happyhiker#naturenurtures#hikingwithdogs#livewildbefree#earthing#healinglove#traildog
Vacations can make us feel out of balance with change of routine and diet. But one thing I’ve learnt is to keep myself grounded so I can stay present in my body and connected with the earth. Ironically, being properly grounded can help us reach higher spiritual frequencies. 🖤-J
Today was filled with some barefoot hiking, nature therapy, and tree climbing 🌲🐒 Grounding, or connecting your bare feet to the earth can help with inflammation and chronic pain, something I’ve dealt with for almost half of my life. I enjoy conversing with the different farmers; how their crops are doing, what new produce they are growing, gets tips on how to make-get the most of my balcony garden
I love bumping into friends I haven’t seen for a while, and I like sitting on the grass (#earthing )under the big tree...listening to the music while savoring fresh local food. Yes it is the best ever for me 💗

Interesting how our awareness works if we allow it... I woke up yesterday with a migraine and belly interestingness.
I asked my body - what do you require? Thinking the answer would be SLEEP but I got go to the beach.
I walk there almost daily but haven’t taken my shoes off to get my feet in the sand for the longest time.
Yesterday I did and my headache and stomach ache went away.
Last night my friend started talking about this video on earthing - balancing the electrical systems in our bodies with that of the earth.
We watched an amazing video on it all about the effects it has on decreasing inflammation in the body. (And I wonder what else?!) So what was my choice this morning? 😉
