Finishing off the rest of my spaghetti squash mish-mosh:
1 lb grass fed beef, browned in @seasonest mild seasoning (or use your favorite). Add 1 cup cooked spaghetti squash, 1 jar of @raoshomemade marinara, and some cooked spinach with garlic and simmer until heated through. .

Every now and then I prefer my greens braised and to eat a hearty warm salad like this one with tomatoes 🍅 It's nice to switch up a lunch salad and make it soothing for the colder weather but still packed with vibrancy and nutrients. 🍃
Simply, braise torn greens like kale, chard, and collards with quartered and peeled tomatoes. Cook down for about 10 minutes with some red pepper flake and a tiny bit of veggie stock or water, then sprinkle in some seeds for crunch 👌🏼
It might seem like I'm running low on content because I'm out of town, and that's accurate, but I also really love these pretty greens! 😆 Hope you do too!

wrapped a extra sweet potato I had laying around in tin foil with a pad of butter, a clove of garlic, and salt. Then placed in the oven (all while all my other meal prep was cooking) until tender.
