I didn’t always used to think that way, but now I do ☝🏼 Ever since I’ve changed my diet to AIP (autoimmune paleo) I am AMAZED at how much of a difference I felt and how quickly. After a week I noticed less irritability and I wasn’t feeling as exhausted. Both symptoms are so horrible because everything irritates you and the lack of energy I can’t even describe. Moving any which way was exhausting and just doing the basic everyday things was a struggle. 
Im still hoping to conquer that brain fog, hopefully with time 🙏
Everyday that I can exercise I am thankful because it’s a sign that my body is doing well and I’m making progress 🙌🏼 #foodmatters

Néha azt érzem, iszonyat lemondásokkal jár az étkezésem, hiszen nem ehetek nagyon sok mindent.🤦🏽‍♀️
Nálam nem láttok gluténtartalmú ételeket (🚫búza, bulgur, kuszkusz, rozs, árpa, tönköly, sima zab, és egyre jobban próbálom kerülni a kukoricát is, annak ellenére, hogy "papíron" az gluténmentes). Nincsenek tejtermékek (🚫tej, tejszín, tejföl, joghurt, kefír, különféle sajtok, túró -utóbbiakért fáj is a szívem rendesen😓)
Nem tudom ez valakinek szemet szúrt-e, de nálam nincsenek hüvelyesek sem, mert rosszul vagyok tőlük (🚫a babok, lencsék, borsók mellett különösen szója nincs, így tofu sem, pedig milyen jó húspótló lenne. -A szejtánnal együtt, de az sincs, mert az meg búzából van.- A hummuszt sajnálom a legjobban.😩 de egyébként időről-időre megpróbálkozom velük újra, hátha egyszer már jól leszek tőlük.🤓💪)

Üzenem annak, aki ennyi mindenre érzékeny mint én: nem kell túlbonyolítani, túlgondolni, csak rá kell érezni a dolgok ízére, és életvitelszerűvé tenni.💪💕

Года 3 назад мой вес был 47-48 кг,  параметры, внимание, 86-64-86!
При меньшем весе, пропорции были не то чтобы сильно хуже, но 4 см с талии за годы тренировок и сбалансированного питания перешли в более правильную область.☺️😜

Избитая истина о том, что главное не вес, а качество тела не перестает быть актуальной. Мышцы тяжелее жира, намного! Можно в одном и том же весе быть фитоняшкой и жироняшкой, в зависимости от состава тела.💁🏽‍♀️
Поэтому взвешивайтесь не чаще, чем раз в 2 недели, делайте контрольные фото и замеры объёмов также раз в 2 недели, утром натощак: - о груди
- о талии - о живота 3 см ниже пупка
- о бедер - о ноги под ягодицей
- о ноги выше колена
