Finally hit 169 on the scale yesterday but somehow jumped up a pound and a half overnight.. I know that's not a big deal, but it's a bummer since I've been stuck in the same 2 lb range for a week now 😤 Besides my little cheat on Sunday, I've stuck to a low carb diet and I've even started going back to the gym. Having patience and not seeing results fast enough always kills me 😖 Goodnight y'all 😴
I remember those college days when I woke up in a blur of the night before realizing I had yet again binged on junk the night before. 🙄 My thoughts were full of shame and guilt and my body extremely bloated.😬 So what did I do? I laced up my sneakers and would run 9 miles, promising it would never happen again and restrict my food only to have the vividly cycle repeat. 😫Does this girl sound familiar to you?! ••• Fast forward to now where I have found a balance of having a good time with friends, telling myself positive affirmations that have helped me be binge free, and wake up the next morning EXCITED to workout and see what my body can do! ••• And I'm so excited now to pay this forward and help women find their worth in more than a number on scale or dress size! I love the safety of my online community where we can be real with one another, share victories and overcome struggles together!

Tonight dinner was soo good🤤🤤 garlic+rosemary pan seared wild king salmon, @congareeandpenn purple rice, and a goat cheese+pecan arugula salad dressed with garlic olive oil. Ughhh can I have seconds!?🙋🏼 I was lucky enough to have met some of the people behind @congareeandpenn farm this year @feastportland, they are some pretty cool people with an awesome story-check them out! Taco Quiche for dinner!
Can of Rotel (drained)
Cheese to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream
Brown hamburger, drain
Add taco seasoning to taste
In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, and cheese. Then mix in hamburger mixture.
Put mixture in a. medium glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, sprinkle it with more cheese, and bake at 350* until done in the middle and browned on top.
I added a side of cream cheese and also covered with Sriracha (not pictured 😜) It's also really good with chopped black olives and onion, but I was lazy. I bet it would also be great with jalapeños, cilantro, and avocado!
Short fasts are cleansing, healing and flushing. Any fast under 5 days is short. You can switch to a high fiber diet the last 2 days including juices, veggies and low sugar fruit. Avoid meats, dairy, flours and nuts/seeds.
Long fasts are powerful healing tools to cure severe illness or persistent & recurring conditions. You can switch to no fiber diet such as meats, poultry and fish soups with boiled eggs . High fats and no veggies/fruit in order to have the food longer in your G.I. tract and allow for more energy. This also will transition us into ketosis sooner.

This was my study snack .. anyone else a stress eater?? Last year for my midterms and finals I would ALWAYS go to grocery store and buy like. $30 worth of candy and chips and stay up studying all night. . I have always been an emotional/stress eater. Tomorrow is my last midterm & so far I’ve been okay ish. But today I am stressed to the maaaaax. I just ate way too many peanuts to try and curb my addiction / habit Im PMS so I’m EXTRA hungry. Ahh. Okay done whining. Any tips on what to snack on that isn’t going to send me way over calorie wise ?? Peanuts aren’t the answer. Lol
