Suuuuuper basic dins from a few days ago actually.. ground beef w/ salad because it was probably leftover and it's a weird combo, but when you wanna make it work, you do what you have to. Meal prepping doesn't need to be hard, or as fancy as some people on Insta make it seem. I give myself MAYBE 30 min of total cooking time all day.. and it gets the job done all while I eat healthy.. I'm legit in the most boring lecture right now also so felt the need to post hehe xoxox 🙃
Had a small sweet tooth and saw these bad boys. I like caramel I like almonds so hey why not 🤷♂️way back in my sugar whorish days a nut company and Cinnabon collaborated for a snack with pecans for the people. They were so good they had the cinnamon, brown sugar all the goodness but I guess they didn't sell but they were expensive. These remind me of those just a dumbed down version in the essence of not having those things added. I'm uncertain of the caramel because it just taste like a sweet syrup but it definitely taste good. An ingredient like maltodextrin thought I can't get down with. 4/5 Crystals these are good I just won't buy them again use with caution. 4g net carbs per serving is rather high
Anyone have that weight they just can't seem to get past? I lost 80 lbs about 10 years ago and since then losing even a single pound is hard. I got to a point where I couldn't eat less or workout more and was resolved to this is just my end result. I even cut way back from my two-a-day workouts to going a few times a week (if at all) and discovered nothing changed. I was able to just maintain weight with my low calorie low fat diet. Keto has been such a revolution. Loosing 6 lbs for me is a game changer. I can't even believe that I can eat this satisfying food. I finnaly broke my 138/137 lb mark which my body fights to remain at. .

Non scale victory today!!! -5 inches around my waist since starting this journey. I had to measure like 3 times before it finally hit me that this is real! I honestly sit here and think to myself that there's no way that I lost 21 pounds already, and now I'm in shock that I've lost 5 inches. It doesn't feel like it yet, and I also don't think I look like ive lost anything yet. But the measuring tape and scale can't be lying.
Bacon, cheese, avocado, an egg all on top of Dream bread with 1 net carb. GOD BLESS U DREAM BREAD BAKERS. Such a legit breakfast to make and takes little to no time. Off to the hair salon soon 🤓😁 happy Thursday babes... almost the weekend!!!!
Thanks to a fellow follower I found these at my Publix 🙏 Now I've heard they were better than Halo but I had to put them to the test. Although much creamier and not as artificial compared to Halo's peanut butter there wasn't a competition. Where this one stood out though was with the chocolate chip nibs. A spoonful 🥄 in every bite which I loved. The peanut butter flavor was decent not overpowering or strong. Creamier but much harder than Halo 3/5 Crystals I'd buy this just for the chips in the ice cream 🍦 so check it out. Forgot nutrition info but the carbs were higher my bad 😨😨😨
Didn't post for a while sorry y'all, however, lunch was wings over an awesome meeting.. (yes, you can eat out on Keto.. so long as you're careful) and then dinner was this- not the most Instagram worthy but it was delishhh.. zucchini noodles w/ a homemade sauce, added bacon, and topped with cheese and then baked it. DRY your zoodles before you cook.. it eliminates them getting watery.. happy cooking babies xox
Hi! I'm Jenna. I recently began my Keto journey on 9/4/17. I was tired of being tired and definitely have some extra lbs to lose. I have tried many diets in the past and nothing seemed to stick. I do great at following a plan, but it needs to be realistic. All the sudden I kept hearing about this "Keto" diet. I read a book, did some research online, and jumped right in. My first week I lost 8 lbs! Now I'm hooked. I am starting this account to hold myself accountable and share my journey. I'm not perfect and I'm still learning and look forward to see where this way of eating takes me!
