Fasted all day - not on purpose but because I completely feel like crap today.
Last week Ben made some keto friendly broccoli cheddar soup and we have left overs that we froze! so I'm breaking my fast with that! It turned out delicious (next time we're going to try to make it a little thicker) • Hope you're all having an awesome day!
