Omgggg this is so hard for me to post. But whatever. About two years ago I blew up in weight and it was so alarming. I went to the doctors and found out I have #PCOS and was so confused. They explained that I don't metabolize carbs well and put me on the #Ketogenic way of living ... it hasn't been easy. I fucked up this entire summer but I'm back on track. I still have a ways to go and want to lose a significant amount more before my wedding next year but I'm proud of how far I've come so far !!!!
