🥙✨This was my food prep from last week- breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a pot of chopped veggies for snacks. Although time consuming food prepping on a Sunday really sets me up for the rest of the week- no diving in and out of places that are supposedly healthy- you know the culprits- they're every where in london- not only does it break my bank but It spanks my calories for the day... by the time I get to dinner and I have calories  left for a carrot! Not ideal! True fact: after looking at old photos on my phone this weekend I seriously considered starting to count macros again.  In fact, I even started inputting all of my food data into the My Macros app last night.

Like I said a few days ago, I’ve been a bit disappointed with my lack of results these past few weeks, so I had to remind myself that of course my fitness journey will have ups and downs - it won’t always be linear.  I won’t always look the same as I did six months ago because circumstances, goals and our lives change.

So for now I’m not counting macros again - I’m just trying to eat as cleanly as possible and cut out the extra treats (not all of them, let’s be real here 🤷‍♀️) that have been finding their way back into my diet, as well as some of the negative thoughts that have crept back in.

My mantra this week?  Stay positive, work hard and make it happen 💪💚

INGREDIENTES: ▫️150 g de abóbora ▫️1 Pêra ▫️4 Tâmaras secas
▫️1 Pau de canela ▫️Água a gosto 
Preparação:
▫️Numa panela colocar a pera cortada ao cubos, sem descascar, o pau de canela, a abóbora, as tâmaras sem caroço e cobrir com água.
▫️Deixar ferver e ir mexendo até a abóbora cozer.
▫️Triturar com a varinha mágica e guardar em frasco esterilizado. 
Como não tem açúcar para conservar, dever ser consumida em curto espaço de tempo.

I made a super green smoothie the other day guys!!! 😱 I’ve constantly seen @kaletotheyeah_ post green smoothies so I had to give it a try 🙊 because I’m still new to having greens, I did put protein powder in this! I put: a frozen banana, loooots of spinach, 1/2 an apple, and a scoop of protein powder 😱 it didn’t taste like spinach at all! It tasted like a normal protein smoothie but it was green and super healthy 😱 (I just felt so great because it was green 😂). I do want to possibly one day buy some healthy greens powder and start having it once a day but I need to find one that isn’t absolutely terrible 😂

✖️1 scoop chocolate protein (SunWarrior)
✖️ 1.5 cups oats
✖️ 0.5 cup coconut flour
✖️ 1 tbsp chia seeds
✖️ 1 tsp cinnamon

You can also add nuts or chocolate pieces inside of them, to make them extra goey 😍

😲 Express"Bananen-Split" Protein Pudding

Was ihr braucht
- 30g Whey (nach Wahl - Ich hab Schoko-Peanut Whey Isolat @bulkpowders_de verwendet)
- 3 Blatt Gelatine
- 1 reife Banane
- Wasser nach Gefühl (ca. 200ml)

So wirds gemacht:
👉 1. Whey und Wasser mischen; Ziel ist eine dickflüssige Masse
👉 2. Gelantine 5 min in kaltes Wasser einlegen - ausdrücken; Das gemischte Whey in einen Topf, die Gelantine hinzufügen, bei niedriger Stufe langsam erwärmen und umrühren, bis sich die Gelantine vollständig aufgelöst hat
👉 3. Masse in Förmchen füllen. Da ich keine Puddingförmchen habe, habe ich die 2 Einzelteile von meinem @bulkpowders_de SmartShaker abgeschraubt und dafür "zweckensentfremded" 😁 👉 4. Banane in den Mixer für die Bananencreme-Füllung und / oder ein paar klein geschnitte Stücke zur Masse geben und dann ab damit in den Kühlschrank bis die Gelantine ausgehärtet ist! Ungeduldig und gierig wie ich? Ich habs kurz ins Kühlfach gestellt, damit's noch schneller geht 😋

Ihr könnt natürlich auch die doppelte oder dreifache Menge nehmen und im Kühlschrank lagern - die Köstlichkeiten warten dann jederzeit auf euch! 😆

Wie bereits einige wissen, betreib ich carb- und calorie-cycling. Das heißt? Ich ernähre mich die erste Hälfte des Tages bzw. pre-workout immer ultralowcarb und carbs gibts nach dem Training. Ganz einfach adaptiert und schon passt das Rezept zu jeder Zeit in mein Konzept! 😁

De lekkerste maak je zelf (en dat leerde ik in Chiang Mai), maarrrr eerlijk gezegd steekt die van Da er toch flink bovenuit (😍). My gosh, wat hebben we genoten bij #Jumpahom op #Kohphangan (🤤). Als je daar komt, breng haar dan zeker een bezoekje, want niet alleen is haar eten GE-WEL-DIG (dat was een eufemisme 🙄) maar het zou nog best eens kunnen dat je wordt uitgenodigd voor zomaar drie uur lang kaarten (♣️♦️). En als dat zo is - en je Jumanji hebt gespeeld - ben ik benieuwd of de nieuwe regel “Red Jack is -1” nog steeds opgaat (so let me know 😉). #freudandfries

So I was travelling to my mums on Friday. Done a quick dash to Sainsbury's for a few bits (gotta stock up on them gains 💪🏿) and I saw this oriental gentlemen. He looked drunk. Well so I thought at first......

Then he started doing press ups on the floor (the concrete floor that is) and then press ups on his knuckles. I was wondering if he was ok as it was so random lol.

I was in a rush any ways as it was Divali and fire works were popping off everywhere and I was trying to make it to my mums with my vision, hair and body parts intact 😅.

Ps I'm a litter trimmer round the waist than in the vid and will do an updated version in November.

Gesund, ausgewogen, geht schnell und ich muss morgens nicht lange darüber nachdenken, was ich essen will. Es stört mich überhaupt nicht, jeden Tag das Gleiche zu frühstücken. Ich wechsele einfach bei den Obstsorten ab und am Wochenende gibt's dann mal ein besonderes Frühstück. 😊Wie macht Ihr das? Jeden Tag das Gleiche oder wechselt Ihr ab?

Gewicht blijft stabiel dus ik zeg 100 calorieën erbij 🙌 Trainen gaat ook weer helemaal lekker na een tijdje minder motivatie na het NK. Focus ligt op achterkant benen en wijdte rug. Nou nieuwe week, nieuwe kansen zeggen ze dus laten we maar weer 200% geven deze week! 👊 Who is with me? ✌

My weight is still the same so 100 calories more 🙌 My trainings are also going great, after my last competition I lost some motivation but it's totally back now. Focus is on my hamstrings, booty and a wider back. Well new week, new chances they say so let's give 200% this week 👊 Who is with me? ✌
