Kürbis+Orange=❤Suppenliebe❤

Gestern Abend habe ich einen riiiesen Topf Kürbissuppe gekocht. Solange unser Supermarkt noch Kürbisse hat muss ich es einfach nutzen. Da ich total auf die Kombi fruchtig und leichte Schärfe stehe gehören Orangen und Ingwer zu den absoluten "Must"-Zutaten.

Heute Abend liefere ich noch 2 Portionen an meine Oma. Sie hat sich die Suppe nämlich schon vor langer Zeit gewünscht. Und Oma' s Wünsche zu erfüllen ist Ehrensache 😊... denke ich 🤗

Das braucht ihr für die Suppe:
🔶 Hokkaido Kürbis (1/2 je nach Grösse)
🔶 2 Möhren
🔶 3 Schalotten
🔶 etwas Sellerie
🔶 1/2 Lauch
🔶 100-200 ml  milden! Orangensaft 🔶 500 ml Gemüsebrühe 🔶 frischen Ingwer
🔶 Curcuma, Muskat, Salz,  Pfeffer, Curry

Die Zwiebeln und das Gemüse grob hacken und anbraten. Anschliessend den Kürbis in grobe Stücke schneiden und ebenfalls anbraten. Den Ingwer dazugeben. Mit der Gemüsebrühe auffüllen und solange garen bis der Kürbis weich ist. Jetzt wird alles pürriert. Nun gebt ihr den Orangensaft hinzu. Das macht ihr nach Geschmack. Eventuell erst  nur 100 ml. Anschließend würzt ihr die Suppe noch mit den oben genannten Gewürzen.

Lasst es euch schmecken😊

Pancakes 🥞 swimming in a puddle of maple syrup 🍁😍. The perks of wfh! After a brutal circuit session I made these using 50g @myproteinuk maple pancake mix, 1 egg 🥚, 1 banana 🍌 and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Fried in some coconut oil and topped with a healthy glug of @asda pure maple syrup 👌🏻👍🏻🤤

Wundervollen Mittwoch ihr Granaten 💥. Ich hatte gestern ein mega cooles Oberkörpertraining 💪 mit Fokus auf Arme. Dabei waren unter anderem Incline Curls, Scottcurls, Dips, French Press und Seit- und Frontheben. Bereits nach dem ersten Supersatz waren meine Unterarme nur mehr fest. Nachdem ich nicht zu Hulk mutieren möchte 😂, ging es dann für 30 Min. zum Intervalllauf aufs Laufband. Zum Glück sind die 30 Minuten schneller vergangen als gedacht ☺️.

Für mich steht heute den ganzen Tag Uni 🏢 am Plan, denn diese Woche haben wir die letzten Vorlesungen bevor nächste Woche die Klausuren starten und somit geht es bei mir gleich mit Ökonometrie weiter 📈📊.

Heute Abend werden dann mit meiner süßen @steffis_fitness_life die Beine zerstört 🏋🏻‍♀️ und im Anschluss gehen wir Mädchen lecker Steak 🥩 essen. Wenn wir gerade beim Thema essen sind, so zeige ich euch noch schnell was es bei mir heute Mittag gibt 🍽: Pangasius Filet mit Süßkartoffeln 🍠 , Spinat mit getrockneten Tomaten 🍅 und einen fettarmen Dip aus Magerquark. My mug cake today have been:
-40gr oats.
-1 whole egg.
-3 egg whites.
-1 banana.
-Half mandarine.
-1 spoon of non lactose white cheese.
-Topping honey.

Mix and blend everything together, put in a big mug, 3 minutes to de microwave and done!

I made a big batch of spicy lentil + veg chilli earlier on in the week, and it makes such a great addition to my nourish bowls ~ packed with protein, fibre + iron too💪🏼
I’m also so excited to finally have a REUSABLE baking sheet (I got mine from @giftsofthekitchen) because I use faaar too much baking paper than I wish to admit with all the baking I do🙏🏼 Doing my best to reduce my waste as much as I can for a positive impact on our planet🌏💫
So for today’s Buddha bowl I simply roasted up some sweet potato + pumpkin on my new baking sheet, then served it with some of the chilli, lots of fresh greens + a big dollop of avo mash💛

I get comments, I get people sending me DMs about how I have an amazing body or people asking how can they get a body like mine. Well if I posted pictures like the one on the right all of the time, nobody would be asking me these questions! But the picture on the right is still my body!

I might spend 1 minute of my morning looking like the pic on the left because I'm posing or tensing. Then I will go away and spend the whole day looking more like the pic on the right because I do not walk around posed and tensed all day! So before you put yourself down and think "I wish I had her body instead of mine" then think again! Don't you worry yourself one tiny little bit if you have a couple of rolls, or you don't have a flat stomach, or you have an 'underbum' as I like to call it 😂... WE ALL DO! . I get comments, I get people sending me DMs about how I have an amazing body or people asking how can they get a body like mine. Well if I posted pictures like the one on the right all of the time, nobody would be asking me these questions! But the picture on the right is still my body! I might spend 1 minute of my morning looking like the pic on the left because I'm posing or tensing. Then I will go away and spend the whole day looking more like the pic on the right because I do not walk around posed and tensed all day! So before you put yourself down and think "I wish I had her body instead of mine" then think again! ¿Vacaciones y vida sana? ¡¡Sí, se puede!! Me están llegando mensajitos preguntándome que cómo lo hago para comer sano y cuidarme estando de vacaciones. Y mi respuesta es bien sencilla, seguir con mis hábitos saludables de cada día pero sin agobiarse🤗

Os iré dejando consejitos poco a poco, pero una de las cosas que más me cuesta adaptar es la merienda. A mí me encanta hacerla dulce y es donde siempre encuentro muchas barreras.  Por eso, antes de viajar horneo uno o dos bizcochos saludables que me aguanten bien y de los que pueda echar mano para llevar en el bolso ☺

Y si traigo mucho lo congelo por porciones y voy sacando hasta el último día del viaje (si no tienes congelador al menos te durarán unos 4/5 días 🤗)

¿Vacaciones y vida sana? ¡¡Sí, se puede!! Me están llegando mensajitos preguntándome que cómo lo hago para comer sano y cuidarme estando de vacaciones. Y mi respuesta es bien sencilla, seguir con mis hábitos saludables de cada día pero sin agobiarse🤗 . Os iré dejando consejitos poco a poco, pero una de las cosas que más me cuesta adaptar es la merienda. A mí me encanta hacerla dulce y es donde siempre encuentro muchas barreras. Ah, fats. It makes everything taste better — I prefer chicken thighs to breasts, and think deep frying is food sorcery — and I hear we need the healthy kind.

Yet so many people around me are still choosing zero fat yogurt and skimmed milk, and cutting out fatty bits from their steaks and pork belly slices.

I used to do this, too — but somewhere down the line I must have read something that convinced me it was all good to eat full fat dairy and every bit of the animal if it was raised in a happy place free from hormones and antibiotics.

I have a lot of questions about fats, but at the end of the day, I just want to know what I need to know to decide how much of which fats I want to eat, and how often.

After giving this topic some thought, I've broken it down to these five questions.

De mon côté, je commence  par 10 minutes de tapis et 5 minutes de rameur et quelques exercices de mobilité (genoux, chevilles en particulier)

Une fois le « gros » de ma séance terminée, je fais encore quelques séries pour fatiguer encore plus mes muscles à l’aide de mes élastiques de résistance. 💥

This looks so easy but it was KILLER! Definitely felt the 🔥

It's day 2 of my new program and following the meal plan. It's so easy to follow I've not really had to think about it. I already feel so much better just having fuelled my body with only good things for a day, can't wait to see how I'm feeling 3 weeks from now!

1 350g can of corn kernels, drained
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and cook in a frying pan 👌🏽 Served with cherry tomatoes (I am obsessed with these babies at the moment 🍅) .

Kelímek bílého jogurtu (140g)
15g kokosového oleje
15g holandského kakaa
150ml odtučněného mléka
1 ČL kypřícího prášku 
Ingredience na kokosové kuličky:
150g jemného odtučněného tvarohu
50g kokosu
1 vajíčko
10g vanilkového pudingového prášku
1/2 odměrky proteinu
1 lžíce medu

Postup: Nejprve si vytvoříme kuličky, smícháme všechny ingredience na kuličky a dáme do lednice uležet cca na 20 min. Mezitím si připravíme těsto, smícháme všechny ingredience na těsto, zamícháme. Na dno dortové formy nalejeme trochu těsta, z tvarohového těsta tvoříme kuličky, které poskládáme do kruhů, zalejeme zbytkem těsta a pečeme na 180st. 30min. Po vychladnutí jsem ještě posypala kokosem a nazdobila lesním ovocem. Dobrou chuť👌

175 gr ultrafine oats @bodyenfitshopnl
8 gr bakpoeder @droetkerbakes
1 zakje vanillesuiker 
300 gr appelmoes light @hakgroenten
3 kleine mais-eieren (140 gram)
1 Jonagold appel (125 gram) in stukjes
40 gr rozijnen @albertheijn
3 tl kaneel @verstegennl

Verwarm de oven op 175 graden, snijd de appel in stukjes en doe hier de rozijnen, vanillesuiker en kaneel bij. Meng door elkaar en laat dit even staan. Doe het bakpoeder door het meel in een kom. Mix in een andere kom de appelmoes met de 3 eieren. Voeg dit bij het meel en maak er een beslag van. Doe vervolgens het appelmengsel erbij, lang door. Bestrooi de cake in het bakblik nog met kaneel en bak voor circa 40 minuutjes in een blik van 28 cm.
