Transformation #realtalk 👀 I see this type of thing all over instagram so here is an explanation behind the training and eating patterns of the two 🙌🏽 #gainingweightiscool#lovetotrain ⬅️The Left: ~50kg (49kg on a "great" day). 🏃🏽♀️Training plan: 2/3 runs a week amounting to 15-17k, 2/3 classes 🔫a week including spin, body pump, body combat etc. About 7 dance classes a week, along with the occasional yoga... and a day job. 🍎 Diet: porridge for breakfast, something low calorie that pret (or equivalent) provide for lunch, ~400kcal dinner with chicken or turkey [and the part most do not mention, the occasional sweet binge of ~2000kcal]. ➡️The Right: ~58kg (1.25 stone heavier). 💪🏼Training plan: 4-5 weight sessions a week #powerlifting and the occasional cardio/ strongman session. 🍕Diet: ... whatever I want, whenever I want. Moderation is apparent but with no rules comes no need. When cutting for competition things get stricter but by no reach of the imagination as they were on the left [and for those of you who care an increased powerlifting total from ~170kg (although never tested) to 347.5kg #gympb ].
