Ok this has got to be my new favorite bowl (I know—I say that like every day lmao)🙆🏻♂️ But the toasted cashews tho 🤤 It just gives an entirely different layer of flavor and richness👏🏻 This weekend has been so refreshing for me, and SO necessary. I put social media on the back burner the last couple of days, caught up on some much needed sleep, and skipped my workout this morning 🤙🏻 Feelin’ like a new person over here 🙋🏻♂️ Hope you all had a fantastic weekend! .

Some of my ~sweet~ finds from London VegFest today!😍 @organiclivity_patisserie made some BEAUTIFUL raw vegan, sugar-free cakes. Like they were literally pieces of art.🎨🌺🍓 I had a slice made with matcha & ashwagandha (there was obviously more ingredients but those are the ones that stood out to me😜). So glad I had the opportunity to eat my way through the conference.😂 #butreally the vegan food baby is real.
Hi babes! I just completed my workout for the day! I did the 5 daily moves 3X21 (duh) I feel like I'm so repetitive with my check ins haha but then I did the new beginner #hiit w/ @studiotoneitupkristina from the #studiotoneitup app and I thought a less than 5 min workout was gunna be easy, I was wrong! It got my heart rate up and made me sweat! Have an amazing Sunday girls! xo! 💕

Aaannnnndddd the ☀️ is back!!!! Hallelujah 🙌🏻 it’s crazy how much the sun affects my mood/emotions. It instantly brightens (literally) my day and I absolutely love it ☺️ last night my guy and I made dinner together which was so good - we tried @ohsheglows vegan butternut squash mac n cheese and a kale salad with a garlic/tahini/Dijon dressing that I got from @allgoodeats ❤️! I know he would have preferred @annieshomegrown mac n cheese but he was a trooper and ate the one we made together! 😍 There were no leftovers for me today except for the salad dressing, so I added it to my last meal prepped meal of the week. Trying to get in some solid study hours now and hopefully spend a bit of time outdoors as well! Happy Sunday friends! 💕
We all can agree that eating healthy while traveling (and attending a wedding weekend) is not easy. Here are my tips for healthy traveling:
1) Find a local store where you're stayed my that sells #juice and #healthy snacks.
2) Stock up on #healthychoices to keep in your hotel room.
3) Eat fruit (on an empty stomach) before heading out to events...that way you don't show up hungry and fill up on chips and guacamole.
4) Br extra mindful of what's on your plate and chewing slowly when in social situations...it's easy to get carried away in conversations and not pay attention to what you're eating, if you're full, or if you're even chewing your food.
5) I always travel with my homemade instant oats (@bobsredmill #oats#chiaseeds @vitalproteins collagen, @vitacocooilesp coconut oil) it's super high in Fiber, protein and #HealthyFats that'll keep you satiated for hours.

Lunch today was 💣 dot com! Salads have been, and will forever be, my go-to when I'm pressed for time or just don't know what to make. Now time to go to work and then study all day!
Roasted some butternut squash zig zags, zucchini, and broccoli in avocado oil and pink salt, and baked some tofu seasoned with chili powder and onion powder. Threw it over some spinach, and I didn't even make any dressing because the kimchi packed so much punch 👊🏼

Sooo let’s talk about this weekend. I’m going to be a 100% honest and let y’all know I ate like CRAP! From mozzarella sticks, sushi, crepes, and donuts. You know what? That’s okay! Will this be a routine? No. Will I work on it? Absolutely! I can’t meal prep today and right now I’m making chicken nuggets and that’s okay. We were born to be real, not perfect.

I wanted everything on the menu & somehow decided on the breakfast salad with a soft boiled egg, frisee, carrots, arugula, bacon and shallot vinaigrette.
Can’t forget to mention the hunk of banana bread dipped in an oat milk latte.

Entering the new week with 🍕🎶. The usual sourdough base with wild 🍄 + courgette😍. I always want to be real + honest on here and tonight I felt very nervous. I was shaking and I wanted to run but I sat through it and now those extreme feelings have passed 🌸. Sometimes I don’t even know why I get like that but I do and that’s ok. I know that it’s not about the food or my body but about the thoughts and feelings underneath . I also know that restricting myself will only make me more miserable. What I know for sure today: THE HOUSTON ASTROS are going to the WORLD SERIES and this salad was good and you should make one. Make it ➡➡ @organicgirl arugula, shredded carrot, mango, baby bells, @heb uncured bacon, cucumber, and leftover coleslaw (@primalkitchenfoods mayo, cumin, lime juice, seasoned salt, cayenne, cilantro and @traderjoes coleslaw mix).

This week I made some stir-fry, roasted butternut squash and white potatoes, and roasted chicken ...I may have done a little bit of taste testing 🙈 and it’s delish!
Good morning babes! Happy Reset Sunday! 🙌🏻 I had a BLAST with my mom and sister last night at Yogurtland after we went to Target and enjoyed every bite of that yogurt. It was so delicious and feel ZERO guilt! 🙅🏻 I look no different than I did yesterday and have definitely learned that food is NOT the enemy! I woke up this morning more than pumped for my at home HIIT workout and TOTALLY smashed it. I woke up about 5 times last night with gnarly calf and shin cramps (I don’t even know how what’s possible 😅), and took it as a sign to not train my legs very much. SO, I focused on upper-body + abs and got SO SWEATY, SO pumped up, and had such a great training session! I did my HIIT stuff, a plank + wall sit, and resistance band arm work (like always)! 💪🏻 Once I was done with that, I showered, let this breakfast sit in the freezer for a bit, drank my protein shake, and am now ready for my post-workout fuel! I AM SO HUNGRY MY GOODNESSSSSSS. I am having: plain 2% Greek yogurt topped with chia pudding (chia seeds + water), puffed wheat, frozen raspberries, coconut chips, and cinnamon! 👅💦🔥 My mom went to Trader Joe’s yesterday while I was taking the SAT, so I have coconut chips again! A week was too long. 😂 I have a super busy but super fun day planned ahead! I have loads of school stuff I need to do, we’ve got to go to the grocery, and I have a weeks worth of food to prep! So, that’s what I’m off to do! I’m feeling so happy and so damn proud of myself, and I cannot WAIT to attach this week and push myself even further than before! I’ve got this!
