Goals when I was 320: - Run a mile without needing to stop ✅ - Lose weight and get to 250✅ - Wear my jeans at my waist without my stomach hanging over the edge ✅
- Tuck in my dress shirts✅
- Learn more to help more of those  who are trying to lose weight✅

Goals after those goals were achieved:
- Build muscle to fill in loose skin✅
- Flat stomach to abs✅
- Run a mile under 6 minutes ✅
- Bench, Squat, Lift correctly✅
- Mind muscle connection✅
- Learn more to help more of those  who are trying to lose weight✅

Goals after those goals were achieved:
- Fill in loose skin✅
- Get in shape to try and do a show✅
- 190 pounds with abs✅
- Stop bing eating and get over my eating disorder✅
- Research and review published nutrition/training journals to help more of those who are trying to lose weight✅

Set goals and continue to accomplish each one, one by one; then set new goals. Our body has limits but our mind does not. Never stop learning and never stop growing. Most importantly, never judge those who don’t know but help those who don’t know, so that they can learn. 
I’m blessed for this journey. Not because of the physical progress but because of the beautiful lives I’ve met along the way and had the opportunity to help.. each one, teach one, so that we can all reach everyone.. God Bless! Love you all.

I think it’s time to start getting serious on my diet.. One of the most important diets that people overlook, is their maintenance diet. 
When I say maintenance, I mean maintenance in a way where it isn’t just to keep your body the way it is, corresponding to how your food intake is. I mean maintenance where you stress as little as possible about the food you eat and how it’ll affect your “goals”. One of the biggest goals we all should have is balance. We’re not meant to stay on a diet forever, and sadly some of us forget that; I did before. But once we realize that it’s not just a “BULKING” or “CUTTING” season, we’ll be able to see results easier by enjoying the “LIFESTYLE “. Never feel guilty for eating something you enjoy, restrictions like that will lead to eating disorders and binge eating habits. I’ve been there before and it’s a dark place. 
Balance, my friends. Yes, being fit and looking “in shape” is great but we don’t have to be a slave to a gym and diet for the rest of our life.

I got my my Masters in Business Administration, and I thought I wanted a business career right after, you know, something to make me the big bucks!! 💰BUT that’s not really working out. 
So I went back to find my passion in coaching, but this time through fitness and health!! So I took a risk and became a virtual coach! I am jumping with glee and excitement, and I’m dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals 💪
I am in a virtual transformation center that holds me accountable to reach my own fitness goals! I am looking for some people who are needing some motivation, and would like to grab the damn bull by the horns and take a ride on this life long journey with me!
