#1 China down the street is going to be mad at me... I can make a week's worth of vegetable fried rice for what I was paying for a quart and some tofu with vegetables.

#realtalk I don't even like candy or sweets that much, but I am OBSESSED with these Green Juice gummies! 💚 Now, I'm going to tell all of you my goals for the next 62 days: lose AT LEAST TEN POUNDS, learn more about health and nutrition, get my skin cleared up. ⭐️ Sounds easy enough, right? I mean, crossing fingers on this one 😅 even if I gain weight, I'm hoping it's from gaining muscle and becoming leaner. I say this because I got the dress I wanted to wear to a wedding and when I tried it on yesterday, it did not fit 😭 And to add to that pain, the dress was final sale and can't be returned 😩 So, I'm working on strategies to get this problem solved! Honestly, and this isn't a cop out for not fitting, I think the measurements provided online were not completely accurate. I triple checked on multiple sites selling the dress because I have a larger rib cage to begin with and wanted to make sure it would fit. Total bummer, but I won't let it get me down. 😉 Now, who knows how long it takes for gummy bears to get stale? I am eating these in moderation and don't want to have them go bad! 💘 #withlight

Protein powder of choice ( I use @genuinehealth 's fermented vegan protein powder )

Today's lunch: Paleo Pot Pie! Growing up, freezer aisle chicken pot pie was my absolute favorite meal. I never thought I'd be able to enjoy pot pie on a paleo lifestyle, but this recipe from @onceamonthmeals totally proved me wrong! Instead of making one big pot pie in a pie dish, I used a muffin tin to make it a super easy #paleoonthego lunch. #krissyskitchen

Recipe below: ➡️ buy ready made cauliflower cous cous or grind cauliflower in blender
➡️ season and cut up chicken and place in wok with coconut oil
➡️ cut up beetroot, spring onion, asparagus and kale
➡️ mix beetroot and spring onion in with cauliflower cous cous, season with salt and pepper
➡️ add asparagus and kale to wok with chicken once nearly cooked ➡️ steam frozen peas ➡️ slice halloumi and fry on medium heat, keep an eye it can burn so quickly!
Put all together and you have a bowl of deliciousness. You are welcome!
