I wanted to share scenes from my Glowing Goddess evening from wed night ! It was a lovely evening with the most beautiful babes ❤️We did yoga & meditation with @sunshinewellnessyoga using healing crystals. I talked about all things beauty from the inside out . I used to only focus on the outside of me and became very ill and was diagnosed with 3 very serious autoimmune diseases. It wasn't until I started to care for the deeper parts of me that I healed myself and I started to feel as glowing on the inside as I did on the outside . I have learned many tricks and I was able to share my favorite brands that helped heal me from the inside out .
How to become a glowing goddess:
1. Get connected to your ❤️ through meditation , yoga and cooking .
2. Diet & gut health: go sugar free @omicaorganics use collagen @furtherfood drink blue green spirulina @e3live , use natural skincare @jaynerandolphskincare .

almond butter pretzel truffles😍🍫🙌🏼 when it’s someone’s birthday at work we always bring in a little treat to celebrate during our weekly team meetings..one of my co-workers who happens to be vegan had a birthday this past week, so I volunteered to whip up something that everyone could enjoy👌🏼 they were such a hit and no one even knew that they were healthy! these truffles only contain a few simple ingredients, they’re dairy and gluten free, and only sweetened with dates✔️they’re so easy to make (no bake desserts are the bestttt💯) and they’re the perfect sweet and salty treat for any occasion...or ya know just make them for yourself because honestly you’re probably not going to want to share😂 recipe will be in the comments!

Late lunch using up our @realfooddaily365 take-home vegan lentil burgers (yummy) accompanied with Paul’s flat breads, his spicy tomato salsa and his chipotle dip; and some avocado 🥑. Absolutely yummy and jam packed full of nutrients. Nice foodie start to the weekend.

Must admit I've never had a pumpkin smoothie bowl before, but was craving one. Weird. Anyway I knew I had to roast the pumpkin first and let's be honest, could I really be bothered doing that? Turns out yesterday I could [along with every other vegetable I could find] so here it goes. Basically roast the pumpkin, add a little oil and a good shake of cinnamon and nutmeg and roast for about 45mins. Then once it's done, cool it down and chuck it in the freezer. Now you can make them whenever you please!
Roughly around 3/4 cup frozen pumpkin
1 frozen banana
Handful frozen zucchini
Good shake of cinnamon, nutmeg & turmeric
1 date or 1 tsp agave syrup to slightly sweeten
1/4- 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
Blend all together!!
Decorate to make it look pretty. The raspberries really gave it that extra kick. Would recommend!
Confession: When I was pregnant three years ago, I naturally started caring more about what I ate...yet I probably only cooked a handful of meals those months. 🙃 Getting back in the kitchen learning to cook again, and differently, has been nerve wracking but oh SO WORTH IT. 😅 I'm learning a new love of food. I've realized that cooking & eating well doesn't have to be hard. I'm having fun and I'm leaning into it. 🤗 It may not always look good but I feel good making it. -- Sprouted quinoa with sautéed kale, roasted beets & carrots, topped with spiced chickpeas. 1. Avocado on sprouted grain toast with sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers 🥑
2. Quinoa bowl with roast brussel sprouts, beets, and carrots, chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts with maple balsamic dressing 🥗
3. Taco salad with beans, fresh veggies, sweet potato chips and a lime tequila pepper jelly🌶
