Ingredients: ✔2 cups of big leaf lettuce
✔1/2 grapefruit or orange
✔1/2 cup small green or black olives
✔1/2 red bell pepper
✔1 tablespoon of red onions
✔1/2 cup of shaved raw almonds
✔1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
✔Wash all fruit and vegetables ✔Chop all fruit and vegetables NOTE: peel orange or grapefruit and peel cucumber if desired. ✔Place chopped ingredients in small bowl ✔ Toss with red wine vinegar or simple lemon and lime juice squeezed
