🥗🥗 YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT 🥗🥗 follow @gym.education for more!
The food you eat is everything. Eating is not just about nourishing the body, quenching appetite or filling the stomach; how people eat says a lot about them, what is happening to them and what will eventually happen to them.
There is a popular saying that “you are what you eat” and that is very true. Your food is the source of all the nourishment that the body gets; this in turn decides your health, your performance, your energy levels and your moods.
Paying attention to what you eat is not only vital; it is a core responsibility of every person. Your body will never perform better than how you treat it and what you feed it with. Sadly though, most professionals and career people pay little or no attention to their bodies, resulting in avoidable and unnecessary health complications.
A good health will always be one of the greatest treasures anyone can ever possess. As a result, you will not be able to fulfill your dreams easily if your health is failing. Stop giving that flimsy excuse of being too busy to pay attention to what you eat. Value your health, value what you eat and you will see a significant health and fitness boost.

Many people step on the scale in the morning and immediately get upset if they see that they've gained weight. 😩 However, it doesn't always translate to body fat gain. •
Carb intake, sodium intake, sleep, hormones, and even a hard leg workout the day before can all influence water retention and cause you to hold onto several extra pounds of water weight. Maybe you really, really have to go to the bathroom. Or if you've been eating in a calorie surplus and getting stronger in the gym, it could be that you've gained some muscle - and that's made up of mass, which means it can change the scale reading! •
Be sure to consider ALL of these factors when interpreting scale weight, and remember that waist circumference measurement is typically a better indicator of body fat gain or loss than scale weight alone. •
Weight gain does not always mean fat gain!

2 cups packed freshly shredded raw zucchini
1 large egg
1/4 cup + 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 450F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add zucchini to a large bowl and let sit 10-15 minutes. Drain excess water from zucchini bowl. Using a tea towel or several sturdy paper towels, add in 1/2 cup of zucchini into towel and wring dry. Repeat with remaining zucchini. When you are finished, you should have about 1 cup of zucchini remaining. Add zucchini, egg, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, seasoning and flour to a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Dump zucchini mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, spread out the batter so that it forms a rectangle, approximately 9 inches by 7 inches and just slightly under 1/4 inch thick. Bake in oven about 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and both sides are cooked. Remove fro oven and carefully flip crust over. Sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese across surface. Lower oven temperature to 425F. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to blister. If desired, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley across. Slice and serve."
